This 1600+ square foot basement was a diamond in the rough. We were tasked with keeping farmhouse elements in the design plan while implementing industrial elements. The client requested the space include a gym, ample seating and viewing area for movies, a full bar , banquette seating as well as area for their gaming tables - shuffleboard, pool table and ping pong. By shifting two support columns we were able to bury one in the powder room wall and implement two in the custom design of the bar. Custom finishes are provided throughout the space to complete this entertainers dream.

Looking across the bay at the Skyway Bridge, this small remodel has big views. The scope includes re-envisioning the ground floor living area into a contemporary, open-concept Great Room, with Kitchen, Dining, and Bar areas encircled. The interior architecture palette combines monochromatic elements with punches of walnut and streaks of gold. New broad sliding doors open out to the rear terrace, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. With lots of light and an ethereal aesthetic, this neomodern beach house renovation exemplifies the ease and sophisitication originally envisioned by the client.

With connections to a local artist who handcrafted and welded the steel doors to the built-in liquor cabinet, our clients were ecstatic with the results.

Our Austin studio decided to go bold with this project by ensuring that each space had a unique identity in the Mid-Century Modern style bathroom, butler's pantry, and mudroom. We covered the bathroom walls and flooring with stylish beige and yellow tile that was cleverly installed to look like two different patterns. The mint cabinet and pink vanity reflect the mid-century color palette. The stylish knobs and fittings add an extra splash of fun to the bathroom. The butler's pantry is located right behind the kitchen and serves multiple functions like storage, a study area, and a bar. We went with a moody blue color for the cabinets and included a raw wood open shelf to give depth and warmth to the space. We went with some gorgeous artistic tiles that create a bold, intriguing look in the space. In the mudroom, we used siding materials to create a shiplap effect to create warmth and texture – a homage to the classic Mid-Century Modern design. We used the same blue from the butler's pantry to create a cohesive effect. The large mint cabinets add a lighter touch to the space. --- Project designed by the Atomic Ranch featured modern designers at Breathe Design Studio. The team at One Property Design designed and created this immaculate modern Hamptons inspired home. The use of cool greys and modern features ensures this home is nothing short of spectacular. Every detail has been attended to and the view of the Brisbane skyline is featured throughout. Intrim SK72 Skirting 185x18mm, Intrim SK72 Architraves 66x18mm, Intrim CR25 Chair rail and Intrim IN13 Inlay mould were used throughout.

The counter top and backsplash are Carrara Marble. The cabinets are in a colonial style done by palmer woodworks. The floor time is honed limestone and honed Toledo Gray by Decostone.

Now this is a bar made for entertaining, conversation and activity. With seating on both sides of the peninsula you'll feel more like you're in a modern brewery than in a basement. A secret hidden bookcase allows entry into the hidden brew room and taps are available to access from the bar side. What an energizing project with bright bold pops of color against warm walnut, white enamel and soft neutral walls.
