These elements are repeated again at the bar area where a bold backsplash and black fixtures link to the design of the bathroom, creating a consistent and fun feel throughout. The bar was designed to accommodate mixing up a post-workout smoothie or a post-hot tub evening beverage, and is oriented at the billiards area to create central focal point in the space. Conveniently adjacent to both the fitness area and the media zone it is only steps away for a snack.

Gorgeous all blue kitchen cabinetry featuring brass and gold accents on hood, pendant lights and cabinetry hardware. The stunning intracoastal waterway views and sparkling turquoise water add more beauty to this fabulous kitchen.

This was a whole home renovation where nothing was left untouched. We took out a few walls to create a gorgeous great room, custom designed millwork throughout, selected all new materials, finishes in all areas of the home. We also custom designed a few furniture pieces and procured all new furnishings, artwork, drapery and decor.

Extensive Kitchen, living area remodel complete! There was a lot of demo, reframing and rearranging involved in this beautiful remodel to get it to it’s final result. We first had to remove every surface including several walls to open up the Kitchen to the living room and what is now a bar area where our clients can relax, play pool and watch TV. Off the Kitchen is a new laundry with extra storage and countertop space. In removing the walls in the kitchen, we were able to create a large island, move the appliances around and created a new open concept living space. The cabinets in the bar area, laundry and Kitchen perimeter are a white shaker style cabinet with the Island being a separate beautiful Grey color. All of the cabinets were topped with a gorgeous Vittoria white quartz countertop. The Kitchen was then completed with the stand out Grey Glazed Brick backsplash. Finally, the flooring! The home was also updated with a new 12x48 Aequa Tur wood look tile. We created a custom design with this tile at the entry way and transitioned between rooms with a soldier pattern. Paul Grdina- http://paulgrdinaphoto.photoshelter.com/ What started out as a kitchen reno grew into a main floor renovation very quickly. The living room at the front of this house was relatively unused as it was awkwardly accessed near the front door away from the kitchen/living area. To solve this we opened up the walls creating a large staircase to the now connected living room. Laundry moved downstairs just off the garage and the family room was also given an update. The kitchen, the start of this whole endeavour was beautifully redone with a substantially larger island with seating. Exterior door and windows in the back were moved and made large which allows for more light, and in this case a large kitchen perimeter for this family that loves to entertain.
