123 Remodeling redesigned the space of an unused built-in desk to create a custom coffee bar corner. Wanting some differentiation from the kitchen, we brought in some color with Ultracraft cabinets in Moon Bay finish from Studio41 and wood tone shelving above. The white princess dolomite stone was sourced from MGSI and the intention was to create a seamless look running from the counter up the wall to accentuate the height. We finished with a modern Franke sink, and a detailed Kohler faucet to match the sleekness of the Italian-made coffee machine.

The new construction luxury home was designed by our Carmel design-build studio with the concept of 'hygge' in mind – crafting a soothing environment that exudes warmth, contentment, and coziness without being overly ornate or cluttered. Inspired by Scandinavian style, the design incorporates clean lines and minimal decoration, set against soaring ceilings and walls of windows. These features are all enhanced by warm finishes, tactile textures, statement light fixtures, and carefully selected art pieces. In the living room, a bold statement wall was incorporated, making use of the 4-sided, 2-story fireplace chase, which was enveloped in large format marble tile. Each bedroom was crafted to reflect a unique character, featuring elegant wallpapers, decor, and luxurious furnishings. The primary bathroom was characterized by dark enveloping walls and floors, accentuated by teak, and included a walk-through dual shower, overhead rain showers, and a natural stone soaking tub. An open-concept kitchen was fitted, boasting state-of-the-art features and statement-making lighting. Our Aspen studio designed this beautiful home in the mountains to reflect the bright, beautiful, natural vibes outside – an excellent way to elevate the senses. We used a double-height, oak-paneled ceiling in the living room to create an expansive feeling. We also placed layers of Moroccan rugs, cozy textures of alpaca, mohair, and shearling by exceptional makers from around the US. In the kitchen and bar area, we went with the classic black and white combination to create a sophisticated ambience. Our Indiana studio created an elegant and sophisticated design plan for this beautiful Euro-inspired custom-build home in Zionsville’s Holliday Farms country club. Throughout the home we used a neutral palette for a bright and seamless flow and thoughtful lighting to create interesting focal points. The home bar got a classic look with wooden cabinets, a beautiful island, and minimalist bar chairs. The airy kitchen’s light-colored cabinets and comfortable bar chairs exude warmth and cheer. Our Tampa studio gave a beautiful facelift to our client's kitchen and bathroom to create an elegant and sophisticated ambiance in both spaces. In the kitchen, we removed a dividing wall creating more room to carve in a wet bar and plenty of storage solutions. We used beautiful white paint that instantly brightened up the space and a mixed, on-trend palette of pacific blue with warm gray for a pop of color. A large walnut wood island makes food prep a breeze, and a matching range hood against a stunning backsplash adds an attractive focal point. The bathroom was updated to look elegant and relaxed by using a lovely floral-patterned wallpaper and a wooden vanity with muted bronze accents. The shower cubicle was lined with floor-to-ceiling tiles making it look and feel more spacious. ---Project designed by interior design studio Home Frosting. The picture our clients had in mind was a boutique hotel lobby with a modern feel and their favorite art on the walls. We designed a space perfect for adult and tween use, like entertaining and playing billiards with friends. We used alder wood panels with nickel reveals to unify the visual palette of the basement and rooms on the upper floors. Beautiful linoleum flooring in black and white adds a hint of drama. Glossy, white acrylic panels behind the walkup bar bring energy and excitement to the space. We also remodeled their Jack-and-Jill bathroom into two separate rooms – a luxury powder room and a more casual bathroom, to accommodate their evolving family needs. --- Project designed by Minneapolis interior design studio LiLu Interiors.
