This 6,000sf luxurious custom new construction 5-bedroom, 4-bath home combines elements of open-concept design with traditional, formal spaces, as well. Tall windows, large openings to the back yard, and clear views from room to room are abundant throughout. The 2-story entry boasts a gently curving stair, and a full view through openings to the glass-clad family room. Reclaimed Hemlock, dryed, brushed & milled into shiplap provided the perfect ceiling treatment to the hallways. Painted shiplap grace the walls and wide plank Oak flooring showcases a few of the clients selections.

For visual unity, the three contiguous passageways employ coffee-stained wood walls accented with horizontal brass bands. They are differentiated by their unique floors and ceilings.

This light and bright hallway really sets the tone for the rest of the home. Crisp, bright, and welcoming with warm-toned artwork and flooring to guide you through.

Full-Height glazing allows light and views to carry uninterrupted through the Entry "Trot" - creating a perfect space for reading and reflection.
