Our studio designed this beautiful home for a family of four to create a cohesive space for spending quality time. The home has an open-concept floor plan to allow free movement and aid conversations across zones. The living area is casual and comfortable and has a farmhouse feel with the stunning stone-clad fireplace and soft gray and beige furnishings. We also ensured plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around. In the kitchen area, we used charcoal gray for the island, which complements the beautiful white countertops and the stylish black chairs. We added herringbone-style backsplash tiles to create a charming design element in the kitchen. Open shelving and warm wooden flooring add to the farmhouse-style appeal. The adjacent dining area is designed to look casual, elegant, and sophisticated, with a sleek wooden dining table and attractive chairs. The powder room is painted in a beautiful shade of sage green. Fulfilling a vision of the future to gather an expanding family, the open home is designed for multi-generational use, while also supporting the everyday lifestyle of the two homeowners. The home is flush with natural light and expansive views of the landscape in an established Wisconsin village. Charming European homes, rich with interesting details and fine millwork, inspired the design for the Modern European Residence. The theming is rooted in historical European style, but modernized through simple architectural shapes and clean lines that steer focus to the beautifully aligned details. Ceiling beams, wallpaper treatments, rugs and furnishings create definition to each space, and fabrics and patterns stand out as visual interest and subtle additions of color. A brighter look is achieved through a clean neutral color palette of quality natural materials in warm whites and lighter woods, contrasting with color and patterned elements. The transitional background creates a modern twist on a traditional home that delivers the desired formal house with comfortable elegance.

This Farmhouse style home was designed around the separate spaces and wraps or hugs around the courtyard, it’s inviting, comfortable and timeless. A welcoming entry and sliding doors suggest indoor/ outdoor living through all of the private and public main spaces including the Entry, Kitchen, living, and master bedroom. Another major design element for the interior of this home called the “galley” hallway, features high clerestory windows and creative entrances to two of the spaces. Custom Double Sliding Barn Doors to the office and an oversized entrance with sidelights and a transom window, frame the main entry and draws guests right through to the rear courtyard. The owner’s one-of-a-kind creative craft room and laundry room allow for open projects to rest without cramping a social event in the public spaces. Lastly, the HUGE but unassuming 2,200 sq ft garage provides two tiers and space for a full sized RV, off road vehicles and two daily drivers. This home is an amazing example of balance between on-site toy storage, several entertaining space options and private/quiet time and spaces alike.

This beautiful, modern farm style custom home was elevated into a sophisticated design with layers of warm whites, panelled walls, t&g ceilings and natural granite stone. It's built on top of an escarpment designed with large windows that has a spectacular view from every angle. There are so many custom details that make this home so special. From the custom front entry mahogany door, white oak sliding doors, antiqued pocket doors, herringbone slate floors, a dog shower, to the specially designed room to store their firewood for their 20-foot high custom stone fireplace. Other added bonus features include the four-season room with a cathedral wood panelled ceiling, large windows on every side to take in the breaking views, and a 1600 sqft fully finished detached heated garage.

This stand-alone condominium blends traditional styles with modern farmhouse exterior features. Blurring the lines between condominium and home, the details are where this custom design stands out; from custom trim to beautiful ceiling treatments and careful consideration for how the spaces interact. The exterior of the home is detailed with white horizontal siding, vinyl board and batten, black windows, black asphalt shingles and accent metal roofing. Our design intent behind these stand-alone condominiums is to bring the maintenance free lifestyle with a space that feels like your own.

In this bathroom, Medallion Gold Knotty Alder, Wakefield Flat Panel vanity in Cappuccino stain with Corian Solid Surface Weathered Aggregate countertop with two Cameo White undermount sinks. Moen Eva Collection in brushed nickel includes faucets, grab bar, shower handheld faucet. Kohler Cimarron Comfort Height Toilet. In the shower is 12 x 24 porcelain shower wall tile, Corian solid surface shower pan in Cameo White. On the floor is 12 x 24 porcelain tile.

Light and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls. The center point of the room is the new window and two new rustic beams. Centered in the beams is the rustic chandelier.
