This beautiful, solid wood, in-frame Shaker kitchen was part of a complete house renovation. The client wanted a light, airy and practical kitchen. It includes large island, American-style fridge/freezer framed by built-in larder units providing plenty of food storage and a bi-fold butler unit neatly houses all the tea and coffee making equipment. An electric/induction hob range cooker is complemented by a Quooker boiling water tap, providing plenty of instant boiling water. The units were were supplied by The White Kitchen Company and hand-painted in Farrow and Ball Railings on the island and Drop​ Cloth for the remainder. The light quartz worktop is Silestone 'Lagoon'.

This is one of our favorite kitchen projects! We started by deleting two walls and a closet, followed by framing in the new eight foot window and walk-in pantry. We stretched the existing kitchen across the entire room, and built a huge nine foot island with a gas range and custom hood. New cabinets, appliances, elm flooring, custom woodwork, all finished off with a beautiful rustic white brick.

The showstopper kitchen is punctuated by the blue skies and green rolling hills of this Omaha home's exterior landscape. The crisp black and white kitchen features a vaulted ceiling with wood ceiling beams, large modern black windows, wood look tile floors, Wolf Subzero appliances, a large kitchen island with seating for six, an expansive dining area with floor to ceiling windows, black and gold island pendants, quartz countertops and a marble tile backsplash. A scullery located behind the kitchen features ample pantry storage, a prep sink, a built-in coffee bar and stunning black and white marble floor tile.

This beautiful Modern Kitchen with double Islands has a herringbone tile Backsplash, with Colorado White Oak Wood Flooring. An elegant Farm Style Sink brags of Stainless Steel with a Marble Front. The Countertops are a Marble Crystal Extra. The Rustic Style Island Cabinets have a great accent to the more traditional White Cabinets. Our clients wanted the ultimate modern farmhouse custom dream home. They found property in the Santa Rosa Valley with an existing house on 3 ½ acres. They could envision a new home with a pool, a barn, and a place to raise horses. JRP and the clients went all in, sparing no expense. Thus, the old house was demolished and the couple’s dream home began to come to fruition. The result is a simple, contemporary layout with ample light thanks to the open floor plan. When it comes to a modern farmhouse aesthetic, it’s all about neutral hues, wood accents, and furniture with clean lines. Every room is thoughtfully crafted with its own personality. Yet still reflects a bit of that farmhouse charm. Their considerable-sized kitchen is a union of rustic warmth and industrial simplicity. The all-white shaker cabinetry and subway backsplash light up the room. All white everything complimented by warm wood flooring and matte black fixtures. The stunning custom Raw Urth reclaimed steel hood is also a star focal point in this gorgeous space. Not to mention the wet bar area with its unique open shelves above not one, but two integrated wine chillers. It’s also thoughtfully positioned next to the large pantry with a farmhouse style staple: a sliding barn door. The master bathroom is relaxation at its finest. Monochromatic colors and a pop of pattern on the floor lend a fashionable look to this private retreat. Matte black finishes stand out against a stark white backsplash, complement charcoal veins in the marble looking countertop, and is cohesive with the entire look.
