This home was built in 1960 and retains all of its original interiors. This photograph shows the den which was empty when the project began. The furniture, artwork, lamps, recessed lighting, custom wall mounted console behind the sofa, area rug and accessories shown were added. The pieces you see are a mix of vintage and new. We did a restore on this 1870s heart pine floor in a historic National Park Service Meusium. Formally the Lighthouse Keepers House, these 1870 hear pine floors has so much character and beauty that a refinish wasn't an option. while wear and tear over the yeas of over 100,000 people a year walking across these floors had stripped away the old finish, We deep cleaned the wood, and then used a penetrating oil and gave it a good buffing to bring the shine back and replace the oil where it has been "walked off" over the years. Now the floor looks great and is ready for another hundred years!

The homeowners didn't like having to use multiple apps to control differnt functions, so all aspects of the home's entertainment sustem are controlled on one system, Depending on the type of party they are throwing--and even who is throwing the shindig--the home is ready to roll with the puches. The "Dinner Party" scene cues up different lighting, music, and HVAC settings based on whether it is a ladies' night of a guys' night, or if the couple is entertaining together, Custom buttons on the keypads around the home let them choose which scene to set, and the LEDs even change colors to let them know which party scene is playing.
