Brendan McHugh, Architect, Manasquan, NJNew home for a blended family of six in a beach town. This 2 story home with attic has curved gabrel roofs with straight sloped returns at the lower corners of the roof. This photo also shows an awning detail above two windows at the side of the home. The simple awning has a brown metal roof, open white rafters, and simple straight brackets. Light arctic white exterior siding with white trim, white windows, white gutters, white downspout, and tan roof create a fresh, clean, updated coastal color pallet. It feels very coastal yet still sophisticated.
dsjDESIGNThis project found its inspiration in the original lines of the home, built in the early 20th century, and consisted of a new garage with bonus room/office and driveway, rear addition with great room, new kitchen, new powder room, new mudroom, new laundry room and finished basement, new paint scheme interior and exterior, and a rear porch and patio.
Ventura HomesThis home won every award at the 2020 Lubbock Parade of Homes in Escondido Ranch. It is an example of our Napa Floor Plan and can be built in the Trails or the Enclave at Kelsey Park.

KHR ArchitectureDenne private villa på Frederiksberg er skabt i tæt dialog med bygherre for at skabe et privat hjem, der i funktion og feel giver de helt rigtige rammer ud fra ejernes ønsker. Det har blandt andet resulteret i et alrum i dobbelthøjde, der åbner sig mod den gamle have via et stort vinduesparti i gedigent egetræ.
Stilmæssigt er villaen inspireret af de gamle Frederiksbergvillaer, som omgiver den, men i sin egen moderne fortolkning med lysninger, frontspids og mansardtag i corten.
På den måde skabes der arkitektonisk fornyelse, samtidig med at bygningen er i harmoni med konteksten på den gamle villavej.
CHRISTOPHER STROM ARCHITECTSThis new, custom home is designed to blend into the existing “Cottage City” neighborhood in Linden Hills. To accomplish this, we incorporated the “Gambrel” roof form, which is a barn-shaped roof that reduces the scale of a 2-story home to appear as a story-and-a-half. With a Gambrel home existing on either side, this is the New Gambrel on the Block.
This home has a traditional--yet fresh--design. The columns, located on the front porch, are of the Ionic Classical Order, with authentic proportions incorporated. Next to the columns is a light, modern, metal railing that stands in counterpoint to the home’s classic frame. This balance of traditional and fresh design is found throughout the home.
Group D ArchitectsThe White House is a new build house project for a young family in Bolton. The clients initially gained approval to extend the original dwelling at the front and rear of the property.
However, working with the clients, we have boosted their initial aspirations of achieving a modern/contemporary design by coming up with a new/fresh design that better accomplishes the client’s needs and requirements.
The new project will capture large floor to ceiling voids letting in vast amounts of light, both to the north and south of the property. We have also introduced long vistas through the dwelling – allowing for seamless flow from one space to the next.

It features a shed awning above the multiple windows with a brown metal roof, open white rafters, and 3 white brackets. Light arctic white exterior siding with white trim, white windows, and tan roof create a fresh, clean, updated coastal color pallet. The coastal vibe continues with the side dormers at the second floor.

Holzbau KrugerRegionales Holzhaus mit dem Flair einer englischen Villa: Dieses Einfamilienhaus wurde individuell an die Wünsche der Baufamilie angepasst.
Das Mansarddach ermöglicht unter anderem die Nutzung des kompletten oberen Stockwerks. So verteilt sich die Wohnfläche auf geräumigen 205 Quadratmetern. Keller, Hobbyraum und Garage kommen zusätzlich hinzu.
Die Landhausvilla haben wir schlüsselfertig, also inklusive aller Innenausbauten, übergeben. Dafür arbeiten wir eng mit Partnerunternehmen zusammen und übernehmen die gesamte Bauleitung für das Projekt.
