Clear simple lines mark the volume of the new addition, with high clerestory windows on the street side bringing light into the house without sacrificing privacy.

The scope of work for this new custom home included Preliminary Design, Design Review submittal and approval, Architectural Design, Site Planning and Building Permit submittal and approval. Thayer Architecture Inc. worked closely with the Owner to create an aesthetically pleasing and functional design that fit the requirements of the Town, the Owner and the Site. Lighting and interior design were by others.

Exterior Painting: The shed looks so much nicer in a matching color. We used Super Paint Satin exterior paint in Nuthatch. The trim paint was Bright White Super Paint in a gloss finish. We also power washed the boat port for a fresh clean look.

Exterior Painting: The brown color of the house compliments the adjoining paver patio very nicely.
