This home in Heritage Hills underwent a heavenly transformation with the help of Kimberly Timmons Interiors and Artistic Floors by Design's 3-8" white oak circle- and kerf-sawn white oak floors milled by a Colorado company and custom colored by Joseph Rocco, then finished with matte waterbased polyurethane. This lakeside retreat has been in the family for generations & is lovingly referred to as "the magnet" because it pulls friends and family together. When rebuilding on their family's land, our priority was to create the same feeling for generations to come. This new build project included all interior & exterior architectural design features including lighting, flooring, tile, countertop, cabinet, appliance, hardware & plumbing fixture selections. My client opted in for an all inclusive design experience including space planning, furniture & decor specifications to create a move in ready retreat for their family to enjoy for years & years to come. It was an honor designing this family's dream house & will leave you wanting a little slice of waterfront paradise of your own!

This grand 2-story home with first-floor owner’s suite includes a 3-car garage with spacious mudroom entry complete with built-in lockers. A stamped concrete walkway leads to the inviting front porch. Double doors open to the foyer with beautiful hardwood flooring that flows throughout the main living areas on the 1st floor. Sophisticated details throughout the home include lofty 10’ ceilings on the first floor and farmhouse door and window trim and baseboard. To the front of the home is the formal dining room featuring craftsman style wainscoting with chair rail and elegant tray ceiling. Decorative wooden beams adorn the ceiling in the kitchen, sitting area, and the breakfast area. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, attractive cabinetry with decorative crown molding, Hanstone countertops with tile backsplash, and an island with Cambria countertop.
