Beautiful reclaimed Parefeuille tiles from the Provence region in France. These reclaimed French terracotta tiles were originally used as ceiling and subroofing tiles in traditional farm houses in Mediterranean France. The tiles were laid in between oak rafters and served as ceiling and a strong sublayer for the roof tiles to be mounted above. Vintage Elements reclaims these tiles and uses them for flooring and ceiling tiles. Although not often used as an outdoor flooring tiles, these reclaimed terracotta tiles will easily withstand moderate climates with light freezes. Their warm colors with nuances of pink, salmon, sand and red will instantly provide Mediterranean charm which can't be achieved with other flooring materials. We were hired for Feng Shui, color consulting, and historic design advice on this charm filled 1920s condo in downtown San Mateo, California - in the Baywood District. The owner was planning to rent the condo out. We chose all the paint colors for specific Feng Shui reasons, but they were also historically appropriate for the building.

rénovation d'une maison ancienne dans un hameau du Périgord. Après d'énormes travaux qui avaient permis de surélever la maison, changer les niveaux des différents palier et créer une nouvelle toiture, la maison d'origine était abimée et avait perdu du charme. Nous avons fait en sorte de recréer le charme de l'ancien avec des matériaux récupérés ou patinés, tout en mettant en valeur les meubles de famille.

Il mobile dell'ingresso è molto semplice ma contenitivo, a sinistra inoltre abbiamo degli appendiabiti di MoggDesign a forma di farfalla ed a destra la specchiera dello stesso modello e marchio. Il pavimento è un cotto toscano rettangolare, come l'assito del soffitto; le travi invece sono in castagno, volutamente anticato. La parete del camino, il pavimento e le travi sono i veri protagonisti della zona giorno, di conseguenza tutti gli altri arredi sono molto semplici e lineari
