From concept design to building approvals, the CKA (Caulfield Krivanek Architecture) team have been unwaveringly supportive and professional. My block is on a flood plain (Melbourne Water approval required) backing onto a waterway with specific Council regulations, on a sloping narrow block. I have budgetary constraints yet desire a house with individual design flare. The CKA team have been patient, creative, and amazing. Always offering options, assistance and solutions. In the final stages, the creative team was complimented by an engineering specialist who spoke 'plain english' as well as 'building standards and regulations'. The construction has been specified and documented as a quality build, and not simply to 'minimum standards'. A proud house made to stand the test of time. I can't thank the team enough. Big thumbs up to Rob, Laura and Jeremy (+ a few other contributors). Highly recommended, even for a modest outer suburban house like mine (or bigger, just google)
