Our designer seamlessly blended utility and style in this captivating entryway setup. Antique green distressed lockers offer practical storage while serving as a vintage focal point. Complementing the lockers, we've placed vintage picnic baskets and plaid thermoses. We also utilized the client's collection of vintage duck artwork. The result is an entryway that's not only functional but also rich in character, making for an unforgettable first impression.

Our Austin studio decided to go bold with this project by ensuring that each space had a unique identity in the Mid-Century Modern style bathroom, butler's pantry, and mudroom. We covered the bathroom walls and flooring with stylish beige and yellow tile that was cleverly installed to look like two different patterns. The mint cabinet and pink vanity reflect the mid-century color palette. The stylish knobs and fittings add an extra splash of fun to the bathroom. The butler's pantry is located right behind the kitchen and serves multiple functions like storage, a study area, and a bar. We went with a moody blue color for the cabinets and included a raw wood open shelf to give depth and warmth to the space. We went with some gorgeous artistic tiles that create a bold, intriguing look in the space. In the mudroom, we used siding materials to create a shiplap effect to create warmth and texture – a homage to the classic Mid-Century Modern design. We used the same blue from the butler's pantry to create a cohesive effect. The large mint cabinets add a lighter touch to the space. --- Project designed by the Atomic Ranch featured modern designers at Breathe Design Studio. This home was a modest log home on two levels with exterior stone on the lower level and a simple deck above an attached garage. Fully renovated now with the addition of an attached vertical box housing the garage above the master bedroom allowed for the exterior patio to be enclosed on three sides with breezeway doors to the garage open to the deck. Main level includes an open layout of Kitchen, Office, Dining and Living Room with dutch door to the patio, Guest Bedroom and Powder Room. The Lower level includes a great room surrounding two-sided fireplace and 4 additional bedrooms, plus the Master Suite, Laundry, Exercise Room and Wine Cellar. The understated entry to this new cottage re-used the 100 year old paneling from the cottage that was taken down. The senitment and the re-purpose makes coming home have new meaning.

This gorgeous lake home sits right on the water's edge. It features a harmonious blend of rustic and and modern elements, including a rough-sawn pine floor, gray stained cabinetry, and accents of shiplap and tongue and groove throughout.

Bedroom "Cabins" are accessed through built-in cabinets. Clerestory windows allow the sharing of light between the Study and the bedroom's attached full bathroom. This hall also contains storage and closet space to accompany each bedroom.

玄関ホールに敷かれた畳は、帰宅後の疲労した足を優しく包み込む癒しのスペースになりました。 ホールの先に見える中庭にはアオダモやモミジといった植栽が四季折々の表情をのぞかせています。 また、吊り収納の間接照明も相まって柔らかい癒しのスペースを引き出しています。

Möbius was designed with intention of breaking away from architectural norms, including repeating right angles, and standard roof designs and connections. Nestled into a serene landscape on the barrier island of Casey Key, the home features protected, navigable waters with a dock on the rear side, and a private beach and Gulf views on the front. Materials like cypress, coquina, and shell tabby are used throughout the home to root the home to its place.
