White lights illuminate the space, creating a welcoming ambiance. The wooden stairs complement the dark flooring and add a natural element to the design. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flow into the entry, creating an open and airy feel. The black stair hardware adds a contemporary touch and enhances the visual appeal of the staircase. A square mirror adorns the wall, adding both functionality and style. Finally, white vents seamlessly blend into the walls, providing proper air circulation while maintaining a cohesive look. Engineered hardwood throughout the main level of the home create a warm welcome for guests as well as durability for the family. The lighter walls & finishes immediately set the tone for this elegant home.

The directive for this space was to create a space that's great for entertaining day or night where the clients could have drinks and listen to the piano being played in a comfortable, relaxed, and elegant environment. Mission accomplished!

When we design, we take into account the entire home, inside and out. The exterior of this home was underwhelming. We designed dormers and a grand arched entry to make the front entry and facade of the home very inviting. This project combines high end earthy elements with elegant, modern furnishings. We wanted to re invent the beach house concept and create an home which is not your typical coastal retreat. By combining stronger colors and textures, we gave the spaces a bolder and more permanent feel. Yet, as you travel through each room, you can't help but feel invited and at home.
