At the heart of this New Hope, PA kitchen design is a large, T-shaped island that includes a work area, storage, and a table top that serves as a dining table. The Koch Cabinetry island and hood are both a Seneca door style in a dark wood finish, while the perimeter kitchen cabinets are a Prairie door style in painted white. Both cabinet finishes are perfectly complemented by a multi-toned White Bahamas granite countertop with an eased edge and Richelieu transitional hardware in antique nickel. The cabinets have ample storage accessories including roll outs, a cutlery divider, pull out spice storage, tray divider, wine rack, and much more. The island incorporates a Blanco Siligranit farmhouse sink with a pull down sprayer faucet and soap dispenser. An angled power strip is installed on the island for easy access to electrical items. The kitchen remodel incorporated new appliances including a GE Cafe counter-depth refrigerator, dishwasher, and range, as well as a Whirlpool beverage refrigerator. The new kitchen floor is 12 x 24 Polis It Rocks in Sandstone.

This kitchen proves small East sac bungalows can have high function and all the storage of a larger kitchen. A large peninsula overlooks the dining and living room for an open concept. A lower countertop areas gives prep surface for baking and use of small appliances. Geometric hexite tiles by fireclay are finished with pale blue grout, which complements the upper cabinets. The same hexite pattern was recreated by a local artist on the refrigerator panes. A textured striped linen fabric by Ralph Lauren was selected for the interior clerestory windows of the wall cabinets. Large plank french oak flooring ties the whole home together. A custom Nar designed walnut dining table was crafted to be perfectly sized for the dining room. Eclectic furnishings with leather, steel, brass, and linen textures bring contemporary living to this classic bungalow. A reclaimed piano string board was repurposed as a large format coffee table. Every square inch of this home was optimized with storage including the custom dresser hutch with vanity counter. This petite bath is finished with caviar painted walls, walnut cabinetry, and a retro globe light bar. We think all splashes should have a swoop! The mitered countertop ledge is the clients’ favorite feature of this bath.

The heart of the project was the remodel of the kitchen which saw the biggest change. We removed 3 walls to create an open floor plan so we could fit a 7' island and the new dining area. We decided to mix blue and white shaker cabinets together with a boho backsplash.

As young professionals with a growing family, our clients came to us seeking a unique and efficient kitchen design that would enrich their daily living experiences. From the moment we met, we understood that togetherness was their ultimate goal. We opened walls and focused on an efficient space plan with high-level appliances to truly simplify the meal-making process.

AFTER Our apartment renovation in the South of France. A small 1970's apartment (49 meters square / 527 sf). We completely gutted it, updated the electrical insulated the walls, added an A/C, moved one wall to allow for the very small bathroom to be slightly bigger, Used travertine floors, new kitchen by SooCooc in Bezier. all of this during COVID where Americans could not travel to France. Dual faucets were incorporated in this 6' long Galley Sink so our clients can slice vegetables and wash salad at the same time.
