When one thing leads to another...and another...and another... This fun family of 5 humans and one pup enlisted us to do a simple living room/dining room upgrade. Those led to updating the kitchen with some simple upgrades. (Thanks to Superior Tile and Stone) And that led to a total primary suite gut and renovation (Thanks to Verity Kitchens and Baths). When we were done, they sold their now perfect home and upgraded to the Beach Modern one a few galleries back. They might win the award for best Before/After pics in both projects! ダイニング部分を小上がりにし、リビングと緩やかに繋がりを持たせたプランニングです。 腰壁にしてしまうと、空間の繋がりが分断され、圧迫感も出てしまうので、吹き抜け用の手すりを用いて安全性とデザイン性を実現しています。 色は階段、インテリア、梁に合わせてブラックにしてフロア、クロスとのコントラストを演出しています。

A dining area oozing period style and charm. The original William Morris 'Strawberry Fields' wallpaper design was launched in 1864. This isn't original but has possibly been on the walls for over twenty years. The Anaglypta paper on the ceiling js given a new lease of life by painting over the tired old brilliant white paint and the fire place has elegantly takes centre stage.

Après plusieurs visites d'appartement, nos clients décident d'orienter leurs recherches vers un bien à rénover afin de pouvoir personnaliser leur futur foyer. Leur premier achat va se porter sur ce charmant 80 m2 situé au cœur de Paris. Souhaitant créer un bien intemporel, ils travaillent avec nos architectes sur des couleurs nudes, terracota et des touches boisées. Le blanc est également au RDV afin d'accentuer la luminosité de l'appartement qui est sur cour. La cuisine a fait l'objet d'une optimisation pour obtenir une profondeur de 60cm et installer ainsi sur toute la longueur et la hauteur les rangements nécessaires pour être ultra-fonctionnelle. Elle se ferme par une élégante porte art déco dessinée par les architectes. Dans les chambres, les rangements se multiplient ! Nous avons cloisonné des portes inutiles qui sont changées en bibliothèque; dans la suite parentale, nos experts ont créé une tête de lit sur-mesure et ajusté un dressing Ikea qui s'élève à présent jusqu'au plafond. Bien qu'intemporel, ce bien n'en est pas moins singulier. A titre d'exemple, la salle de bain qui est un clin d'œil aux lavabos d'école ou encore le salon et son mur tapissé de petites feuilles dorées.
