Дизайн кухни — эклектичное и гармоничное сочетание элементов разных стилей, дающее неожиданный эффект: оказывается, сплошь белый интерьер — это не скучно и не «стерильно, как в больнице»! Рабочая зона оформлена с помощью мозаики, перекликающейся с обивкой мягких стульев, а настенные панели — романтичным лиственным орнаментом. Сборчатый, большого диаметра плафон люстры гармонирует со складками шторы, собранной с помощью широкого стильного прихвата, закрепленного на стене.

Built upon a hillside of terraces overlooking Lake Ohakuri (part of the Waikato River system), this modern farmhouse has been designed to capture the breathtaking lake views from almost every room. The house is comprised of two offset pavilions linked by a hallway. The gabled forms are clad in black Linea weatherboard. Combined with the white-trim windows and reclaimed brick chimney this home takes on the traditional barn/farmhouse look the owners were keen to create. The bedroom pavilion is set back while the living zone pushes forward to follow the course of the river. The kitchen is located in the middle of the floorplan, close to a covered patio. The interior styling combines old-fashioned French Country with hard-industrial, featuring modern country-style white cabinetry; exposed white trusses with black-metal brackets and industrial metal pendants over the kitchen island bench. Unique pieces such as the bathroom vanity top (crafted from a huge slab of macrocarpa) add to the charm of this home. The whole house is geothermally heated from an on-site bore, so there is seldom the need to light a fire.

This dining room was in need of a makeover! Our client felt overwhelmed when it came to finding inspiration let alone redesigning this dining room. It was important to them that this room harmonized with the rest of their modern home. There were specific requests made at the consultation… First, they needed seating for 10, as they host many dinner parties. They also enjoyed wine and therefore had a fridge where they kept it. We pushed the clients a little bit and encouraged them to make decisions they wouldn’t normally do, like the coffered application on the ceiling, which turned out to be a real focal point of the room. We found a home for all the wine (and the fridge!) in this stunning walnut and marble wine fridge buffet… perfect for the hostess with the mostess! In addition to the ambient lighting, we added some brass sconces as accent lighting to set the mood for cozy, elegant dinners. We kept the room light and airy with this cool blue color palette and soft linen curtains that draw the eyes up to the ceiling.

This first floor living room was transformed into a traditional yet transitional family space for this large family to fully enjoy! We did the entry way, sitting room, family room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook!

This kitchen and living room combo got an entirely custom and elevated look thanks to the board and batten wall we installed. New dining chairs, rustic sputnik chandelier, custom floral arrangement and ledge shelves with new accent decor added the perfect touches to this space.

The Victoria's Dining Room exudes a rich and sophisticated ambiance with its combination of classic and contemporary elements. The brown hardwood flooring adds warmth and elegance to the space, while the dark gray walls create a dramatic backdrop. A metal chandelier with a sleek design illuminates the room, casting a soft and inviting glow. The focal point of the dining room is a beautiful wood dining table, providing a solid foundation for gatherings and meals. Surrounding the table are stylish gray dining chairs, offering both comfort and modern flair. A chic gray rug anchors the dining area, adding texture and defining the space. Adorning the walls are tasteful gold apple decorations, bringing a touch of opulence and charm. Complementing the walls, white wainscoting adds a touch of classic sophistication. A white cookie jar serves as a delightful accent, adding a hint of playfulness to the refined setting. The Victoria's Dining Room is a perfect blend of contemporary chic and timeless elegance, creating an inviting and memorable space for shared meals and special occasions.

Originally built in 1929 and designed by famed architect Albert Farr who was responsible for the Wolf House that was built for Jack London in Glen Ellen, this building has always had tremendous historical significance. In keeping with tradition, the new design incorporates intricate plaster crown moulding details throughout with a splash of contemporary finishes lining the corridors. From venetian plaster finishes to German engineered wood flooring this house exhibits a delightful mix of traditional and contemporary styles. Many of the rooms contain reclaimed wood paneling, discretely faux-finished Trufig outlets and a completely integrated Savant Home Automation system. Equipped with radiant flooring and forced air-conditioning on the upper floors as well as a full fitness, sauna and spa recreation center at the basement level, this home truly contains all the amenities of modern-day living. The primary suite area is outfitted with floor to ceiling Calacatta stone with an uninterrupted view of the Golden Gate bridge from the bathtub. This building is a truly iconic and revitalized space.
