Ici nous avons créé une bibliothèque sur mesure dans une salle à manger afin d'apporter une touche déco originale et servant aussi à y intégrer des livres de cuisines, ou autre décoration. Le papier peint sur le mur de gauche est un papier peint trompe l’œil qui imite du béton vieilli par le temps. Il apporte de la texture et de la vie à la pièce. L'association du bois, du cuivre et du mobilier noir nous plonge dans un style industriel mais intemporel grâce à ses matériaux nobles. Le carrelage au sol est une imitation de béton ciré et apporte encore de la matière à la pièce, les grands carreaux et les joints très fins permettent de créer une unité à la pièce.

Dans cet appartement familial de 150 m², l’objectif était de rénover l’ensemble des pièces pour les rendre fonctionnelles et chaleureuses, en associant des matériaux naturels à une palette de couleurs harmonieuses. Dans la cuisine et le salon, nous avons misé sur du bois clair naturel marié avec des tons pastel et des meubles tendance. De nombreux rangements sur mesure ont été réalisés dans les couloirs pour optimiser tous les espaces disponibles. Le papier peint à motifs fait écho aux lignes arrondies de la porte verrière réalisée sur mesure. Dans les chambres, on retrouve des couleurs chaudes qui renforcent l’esprit vacances de l’appartement. Les salles de bain et la buanderie sont également dans des tons de vert naturel associés à du bois brut. La robinetterie noire, toute en contraste, apporte une touche de modernité. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre !

Renovation from an old Florida dated house that used to be a country club, to an updated beautiful Old Florida inspired kitchen, dining, bar and keeping room.

In this fabulous dining room, we mixed new traditional with contemporary design. We anchored the room with a color palette of blue, white and green. The rug is a chain link floral design with a background of green with pink and white as the floral link. We drew from the blue and white jars and painted the walls using it the blue. On the drapery, we chose to use a light and airy white curtain panel with a brushed nickel rod. The 48" round table is set centered in the room with Restoration Hardware french style chairs, paired with 2 head chairs in a colorful Desert Rose fabric. Over the dining table, we chose this beautiful linen chandelier with crystal drops. It is simple, but spectacular. A true focal point! At the opposite end of the room, we placed a white lacquered sideboard with a pair of bulbous lamps in white. Centered over the top of this console is a large piece of pastel pallet knife art in a chrome frame. We repeated the green and blue colors in the ginger jar collection atop the sideboard. Lastly, green, blue and white are repeated in the colorful plate wall collection of the client's. It adds real interest to the space and shows their unique taste.

フロアの中央に大きく、縦方向に開かれた吹き抜けがあることで、LDKの隅々まで明るく、空間全体の開放感はひとしおです。壁のニッチを活用した収納は、子どもたち専用。スタディカウンターのすぐ脇にあるので、使ったものは自分で片付ける習慣が簡単に身につきます。

We used the clients existing dining furniture but gave new life to the room with grasscloth wallpaper, new window treatments, new art, rug and accessories.

Un salon au style scandinave et contemporain, bibliothèque sur mesure peinte dans un camaïeu de bleus pour donner de la profondeur. Un panneau en varian, matério bio à base de lin, translucide, laisse passer la lumière tout en séparant l'espace. Mobilier contemporain, canapé et pouf en velours, coussins tableaux, table basse en métal et marbre vert, tapis berbère, suspensions en laiton.

Ce projet nous a été confié par une famille qui a décidé d'investir dans une maison spacieuse à Maison Lafitte. L'objectif était de rénover cette maison de 160 m² en lui redonnant des couleurs et un certain cachet. Nous avons commencé par les pièces principales. Nos clients ont apprécié l'exécution qui s'est faite en respectant les délais et le budget.

El comedor, se situa entre la cocina y la sala de estar, con una pieza redonda extensible, coronada con una lampara de formas circulares dorada que deja conectar visualmente sin colapsar el espacio. Asi, colocamos también unas sillas de comedor confortables y aterciopeladas, con las que daríamos ese aire distinguido y de color.
