Il punto focale che ha ispirato la realizzazione di questi ambienti tramite ristrutturazione completa è stata L’importanza di crearvi all’interno dei veri e propri “mix d’effetto". I colori scuri e l'abbianmento di metalo nero con rivestimento in mattoncini sbiancati vogliono cercare di trasportaci all'intermo dello stile industriale, senza però appesantire gli ambienti, infatti come si può vedere ci sono solo dei piccoli accenni. Il tutto arricchitto da dettagli come la carta da parati, led ad incasso tramite controsoffitti e velette, illuminazione in vetro a sospensione sulla zona tavolo nella sala da pranzo formale ed la zona divano con a lato il termocamino che rendono la zona accogliente e calorosa.

Belle perspective sur la salle de séjour et l'entrée de l'appartement. La cuisine était d'origine: nous n'avons pas pu y toucher ou changer quoi que ce soit. Elle était presque trop moderne et trop froide, et il a fallu trouver grâce à la partie salle à manger un lien entre cuisine et salon. Chose faite grâce aux pieds en métal noir que l'on retrouve, le gris-violet des chaises qui fait transition, et leur liseré jaune tout autour qui fait le lien parfait avec les grosses touches de jaune de l'appartement. Leur galbe à la fois de voiture de course, mais classique en velours, leur donne un côté moderne mais d'actualité. Dans le prolongement de la cuisine, la salle à manger bénéficie d'une belle hauteur sous plafond, le bois du faux plafond apporte de la douceur à cet intérieur décoré avec goût @Johnathan le toublon

"Everything in the informal dining space as well as the living room is new," Jennifer explains. "I changed it all; the walls used to be grey and the furniture used to be off white. I had antique chippy paint cabinets and all kinds of french decor ... I have evolved from that and now want simple, fun and bright." Starting with painting the walls white, Jennifer let the room evolve as she went. "Then I started to move the furniture around to see what I had, to make sure it worked," she describes. From there it became a process of eliminating and adding back in. The brass shelving was a "picking" find that Jennifer retrieved from the side of the road. By emphasizing the large windows with white drapery, and adding in soft textural elements, Jennifer created a fresh space that exudes depth and comfort. "I would never want anyone to ever come in and say they don't feel comfortable. I feel I have created that chic, fun, eclectic style space that anyone of any age can enjoy and feel comfortable in." Dining Room The dining room had once been the home’s living room, but we had other plans in mind. With its dramatic vaulted ceiling and new custom steel railing, this room was just screaming for a dramatic light fixture and a large table to welcome one-and-all.

Ici nous avons créé une bibliothèque sur mesure dans une salle à manger afin d'apporter une touche déco originale et servant aussi à y intégrer des livres de cuisines, ou autre décoration. Le papier peint sur le mur de gauche est un papier peint trompe l’œil qui imite du béton vieilli par le temps. Il apporte de la texture et de la vie à la pièce. L'association du bois, du cuivre et du mobilier noir nous plonge dans un style industriel mais intemporel grâce à ses matériaux nobles. Le carrelage au sol est une imitation de béton ciré et apporte encore de la matière à la pièce, les grands carreaux et les joints très fins permettent de créer une unité à la pièce.
