ダイニング、リビング、和室をどう一体化させるかで悩みました。和室の床の間と食堂のローカウンターを一体化してみました。 和室の上がり框の下は収納になっています。 天井は吹き抜けで2階にあるスタディスペースとも繋がっていて、大きな一体的空間となっています。

全体の計画としては、南側隣家が３ｍ近く下がる丘陵地に面した敷地環境を生かし、２階に居間を設けることで南側に見晴らしの良い視界の広がりを得ることができました。 大開口に面したバルコニーで開放的なLDKとなっています。
