This project was part of Channel Nine's 2019 TV program 'Love Shack' where LTKI collaborated with homeowners and renovation specialists Deanne & Darren Jolly. The 'Love Shack' is situated in the beautiful coastal town of Fingal on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. Dea & Darren transformed a small and dated 3 bedroom 'shack' into a stunning family home with a significant extension and redesign of the whole property. Let's Talk Kitchens & Interiors' Managing Director Rex Hirst was engaged to design and build all of the cabinetry for the project including kitchen, scullery, mudroom, laundry, bathroom vanities, entertainment units, master walk-in-robe and wardrobes. We think the combination of Dea's honed eye for colour and style and Rex's skills in spatial planning and Interior Design have culminated in a truly spectacular family home. This prairie home tucked in the woods strikes a harmonious balance between modern efficiency and welcoming warmth. A captivating quartzite countertop serves as the centerpiece, inspiring an earthy color palette that seamlessly integrates with the maple cabinetry. Our St. Pete studio designed this stunning pied-à-terre for a couple looking for a luxurious retreat in the city. Our studio went all out with colors, textures, and materials that evoke five-star luxury and comfort in keeping with their request for a resort-like home with modern amenities. In the vestibule that the elevator opens to, we used a stylish black and beige palm leaf patterned wallpaper that evokes the joys of Gulf Coast living. In the adjoining foyer, we used stylish wainscoting to create depth and personality to the space, continuing the millwork into the dining area. We added bold emerald green velvet chairs in the dining room, giving them a charming appeal. A stunning chandelier creates a sharp focal point, and an artistic fawn sculpture makes for a great conversation starter around the dining table. We ensured that the elegant green tone continued into the stunning kitchen and cozy breakfast nook through the beautiful kitchen island and furnishings. In the powder room, too, we went with a stylish black and white wallpaper and green vanity, which adds elegance and luxe to the space. This outdoor space needed a kitchen for each pavilion - one to cook with and another for drinks and entertainment. The powder painted stainless steel outdoor cabinets feature a bar tender, sink, beverage refrigerator, pull out garbage and pull-out trays. A Dekton countertop was used for its hardiness and low maintenance. Black and white contemporary kitchen with clean lines and maximum functionality. A marine grade stainless steel workstation sink from Rachiele creates the ultimate working space at a window overlooking the back area.

This luxury, bespoke, open-plan kitchen scheme features a palette of green (Farrow and Ball Breakfast Green) and white (Farrow & Ball Old White) for a fresh, modern neutral feel. The island unit has been positioned on a diagonal for a more dramatic centrepiece with plenty of storage behind closed doors. A tall wall of storage has been created behind the island near to the hob to house a vertical bank of ovens. There are stools on one side of the island unit, which is made in American white oak and the extractor has been hidden from view with a lozenge-shape canopy. The classic front-frame cabinetry comes without moulding with a simple Shaker-style door and this is topped with solid 30mm thick Lemurian Blue granite.

This bespoke kitchen was designed for a client in Langton Green, Tunbridge Wells. It features a large kitchen island with plenty of storage as well as seating. The kitchen was painted in shades of green that bring the outside insides, and the shaker-style cabinets are finished with brass ironmongery.
