Client is a young professional who wanted to brighten her kitchen and make unique elements that reflects her style. KTID suggested lowering the bar height counter, creating a rustic vs elegant style using reclaimed wood, glass backsplash and quartz waterfall countertop. KTID changed paint color to a darker shade of blue. The pantry was enlarged by removing the wall between the pantry and the refrigerator and putting in a pantry cabinet with roll-out shelves.

Notre projet Jaurès est incarne l’exemple du cocon parfait pour une petite famille. Une pièce de vie totalement ouverte mais avec des espaces bien séparés. On retrouve le blanc et le bois en fil conducteur. Le bois, aux sous-tons chauds, se retrouve dans le parquet, la table à manger, les placards de cuisine ou les objets de déco. Le tout est fonctionnel et bien pensé. Dans tout l’appartement, on retrouve des couleurs douces comme le vert sauge ou un bleu pâle, qui nous emportent dans une ambiance naturelle et apaisante. The renovation of this classic Muskoka cottage, focused around re-designing the living space to make the most of the incredible lake views. This update completely changed the flow of space, aligning the living areas with a more modern & luxurious living context. In collaboration with the client, we envisioned a home in which clean lines, neutral tones, a variety of textures and patterns, and small yet luxurious details created a fresh, engaging space while seamlessly blending into the natural environment. The main floor of this home was completely gutted to reveal the true beauty of the space. Main floor walls were re-engineered with custom windows to expand the client’s majestic view of the lake. The dining area was highlighted with features including ceilings finished with Shadowline MDF, and enhanced with a custom coffered ceiling bringing dimension to the space. Unobtrusive details and contrasting textures add richness and intrigue to the space, creating an energizing yet soothing interior with tactile depth.

When our client expressed the need for extensive storage capacity; Sherry got right to work in re-configuring the space. Floor to ceiling cabinetry - These Waypoint Flat Panel Shaker Doors train the eyes to look up and give the illusion higher ceilings. White cabinets draw in light making the space look larger. These Waypoint Cabinets are in Painted Linen Finish. 3. An elegant tile back splash in a horizontal layout also make the walls appear wider. These tiles are 2x6 subway glass tiles in Linen Frost finish. 4. Last but not least - Take notice of the three panel doors in the island. There is plenty of storage hidden within those doors. Hardware handles are strategically placed so that the wondering eye won't notice.
