In addition to the white kitchen renovations, the living room got a much needed update too. The original high ceilings were so high they were unusable for decor or artwork, and a fireplace was mostly unused. We installed a large dark grey paneled accent wall (to match the new accent wall in the new formal dining room nearby), to make better use of the space in a stylish, artful way. In the middle of the room, a stunning minimalist hanging chandelier adds a pop of gold and elegance to the new space.

A window was removed and an 8' slider took it's place which allows light to flood the room. Painting the brick white updates the space and adds even more light.

We absolutely love the final outcome of this beautiful kitchen remodel in Roswell. Her style is a blend of Southern and Grandmillenial. We removed a small bathroom and utilized some space from their garage to create this space. The shelving is made from butcher block wood with an oil finish, and we think the colors in this room complement the color scheme in the kitchen beautifully. The unique French Cremone Bolts for the doors were specially ordered to compliment this space.

This loft space was transformed into a cozy media room, as an additional living / family space for entertaining. We did a textural lime wash paint finish in a light gray color to the walls and ceiling for added warmth and interest. The dark and moody furnishings were complimented by a dark green velvet accent chair and colorful vintage Turkish rug.

When it came to improving the design and functionality of the dry bar, we borrowed space from the adjoining closet beside the fireplace to gain additional square footage. After reframing the portion of the wall, we were able to start bringing the client’s vision to life—adding floating shelves on either side of the fireplace, and an open shelf for liquor and glassware. The dry bar backsplash features beautiful Carrera and Moonstone Evo Hex tile in polished marble mosaic.
