Our La Cañada studio designed this lovely home, keeping with the fun, cheerful personalities of the homeowner. The entry runner from Annie Selke is the perfect introduction to the house and its playful palette, adding a welcoming appeal. In the dining room, a beautiful, iconic Schumacher wallpaper was one of our happy finishes whose vines and garden colors begged for more vibrant colors to complement it. So we added bold green color to the trims, doors, and windows, enhancing the playful appeal. In the family room, we used a soft palette with pale blue, soft grays, and warm corals, reminiscent of pastel house palettes and crisp white trim that reflects the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of Bermuda! The formal living room looks elegant and sophisticated, with beautiful furniture in soft blue and pastel green. The curtains nicely complement the space, and the gorgeous wooden center table anchors the space beautifully. In the kitchen, we added a custom-built, happy blue island that sits beneath the house’s namesake fabric, Hydrangea Heaven. ---Project designed by Courtney Thomas Design in La Cañada. Originally, they found Atlanta Curb Appeal because we had already worked on several homes in their East Cobb Chimney Springs neighborhood. At first, this project started out as a simple add-on. The homeowner wanted a master bedroom built above the garage, but as the homeowner started talking about options with us, they decided to go even bigger. Great ideas just kept piling up! When all was said and done, they decided to also update the exterior of the house and refresh the kids’ bathrooms.

Our Boulder studio designed this classy and sophisticated home with a stunning polished wooden ceiling, statement lighting, and sophisticated furnishing that give the home a luxe feel. We used a lot of wooden tones and furniture to create an organic texture that reflects the beautiful nature outside. The three bedrooms are unique and distinct from each other. The primary bedroom has a magnificent bed with gorgeous furnishings, the guest bedroom has beautiful twin beds with colorful decor, and the kids' room has a playful bunk bed with plenty of storage facilities. The 400 s.f. addition is located behind the main house and on top of a small extension. The addition creates a roof surface for photovoltaic panels that produce enough electricity to make the house net zero energy consumption. Our St. Pete studio designed this beautiful bungalow to exude feelings of warmth, comfort, and coziness without compromising on style and aesthetics. A beautiful neutral palette highlights the house's stunning decor and artwork. We also added statement lighting to create attractive focal points in each room. In the bedroom, we created a cozy organic feel with cane lamps, a salmon pink sofa, and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was designed with beautiful white cabinetry and complementing countertops. A stunning blue and white backsplash adds a cheerful pop. Aptly titled Artist Haven, our Aspen studio designed this private home in Aspen's West End for an artist-client who expresses the concept of "less is more." ⁠ In this extensive remodel, we created a serene, organic foyer to welcome our clients home. We went with soft neutral palettes and cozy furnishings. A wool felt area rug and textural pillows make the bright open space feel warm and cozy. The floor tile turned out beautifully and is low maintenance as well.⁠ We used the high ceilings to add statement lighting to create visual interest. Lunghi filari alberati, campi di frumento, fossati, questi sono gli ”elementi” che scandiscono il paesaggio del graticolato romano e della pianura padana, ambiente in cui si colloca Stay House. Un paesaggio in cui l’aspetto architettonico è fortemente legato al “Genius Loci” di questi luoghi, quale elemento di caratterizzazione, di ricordo, di legame con quello che era il modo di abitarli. Genius loci, come inizio di una strategia di organizzazione dello spazio che ha voluto interpretare le geometrie di questo paesaggio, ricco di elementi e con la quale interagire all’interno del processo architettonico. Forme semplici che rispecchiano i caratteri tipologici, che scandiscono i volumi , due, sovrapposti a identificare lo spazio dedicato al giorno e quello della notte. La tecnologia architettonica d’oggi ci permette di ruotare e sospendere i volumi, generando cosi una pianta ad L e corte con sguardo ai filari alberati, al frumento, al monte grappa quale cornice dello spazio giorno con cui il dialogo è continuo. Fluttuante, la zona notte si sovrappone al volume giorno unendo i vari ambienti interni in una successione di spazi che compongono il modo di abitare in stay house, in maniera semplice ma curata per rispondere a quelle esigenze di “lusso spartano” quale risposta all’esigenza di realizzare con materiali semplici un abitare unico e speciale.
