Points North Design & Drafting are accomplished Building Designers assisting clients in Queensland. Led by Anthony, the team brings both creativity and technical prowess to each project brief, exceeding our clients’ expectations and delivering beautiful results time after time. No design is too challenging. We have experience in all styles and aesthetics, whether it be for a renovation, home addition or, our favourite, a bespoke new home where our creativity can shine. Our services are prompt, punctual and professional. In our minds, communication is the key to success -- clients tell us they choose us because they enjoy being heard and having their ideas incorporated into their designs. On top of this, we turn these drawings over quickly to help keep the process as stress-free as possible and are happy to alter the design until it meets the client’s vision to a tee. We engaged Anthony, from Points North Design and Drafting, to help us design our home on a beautiful block in Bli Bli. From when we first met Anthony, to completion of our design, he has been very professional and timely. The advice Anthony gave us around design ideas we would never have thought of. Anthony made the most of our sloping block and has ensured we capture the views from every angle. He accommodated any changes we made with patience and his advice was invaluable. We engaged Anthony to design and draft our plans to build a Duplex. We would like to summarise our review by giving him 5*!!! We highly recommend Anthony to every one with emphasis on the following and more: 1. Professionalism: Ant was absolutely professional, timely, and respectful of any idea we had. Nothing was difficult and he always remained calm and patient with us. 2. Quality: the quality of his work is great and provided us with absolutely detailed plans and helped to achieve a great design, including landscaping, for a complex piece of land 3. Patient and very accommodating. He truly understood our challenges and kept us motivated 4. Price: we believe his prices are very fair considering the amount of work, details and quality we received 5. After sales service: We had to make some changes to our plans as per certifier’s request. The quality of his drawings are always correct & of the highest quality possible. He listens to his clients wishes & incorporates his design flair into the drawings with in budget & fast time frames. Grant Davis - Noosa Duplex - approx. 1mil. We worked together with Points North D & D for our new custom Double Duplex's in Noosa. Ant really came through with awesome design plans for the block using a shared central driveway (not common in Noosa) that really solved our space issues for each Duplex. Ant was fantastic with listening to exactly what we wanted for our project, & came up with several design elements that really helped make this a 'stand-out' project that really gave us a great return on our investment budget. I would highly recommend working with Points North for any project with challenges, or just needing something different & unique. We absolutely love our Double Duplex's & appreciate Ant's hard work on the design & Drawings for it, our project would have suffered otherwise. We even did 4 pools because of Ant's exterior space design planning, fantastic! Thanks very much Ant for your efforts & great design skill & knowledge, we would highly recommend Ant for any new project big or small. Thanks mate, 5 huge stars from us - Grant Davis - Noosa.

I'm a local Sunshine Coast Builder. We had a large addition at the Mooloolaba School that required a large deck addition & renovation work. Ant from Points North did a great job at communicating design issues & really helped us get the right solution for what we needed for this renovation addition. Ant delivered the drawings very fast, & we only had minor changes to make. Very impressed with Points North Drafting services, & would recommend them to anyone needing high quality design & drafting done.

Larse - approx. 350k. Points North did our new custom home Design & Working Drawings. We are loving the design & layout of our new split-level home. Our block is on a slope, so it presented a few design challenges, but with help from our builder & Ant's design skills, we ended up with a fantastic custom home design just for us that works extremely well with the block. Being a custom design, our home is designed in such a way that has a thoughtful layout for 2-3 children, & all aspects of living as a family very well. We are impressed with Ant's design & drawings, & have no hesitation recommending Points North for any new custom home. Ant did a great job on our design & really put our combined ideas to good use. As a builder, I've used Points North drafting services for 7-8 years now. I'm very impressed with Ant's design skill & putting client ideas into the design so well. I'm very impressed with Ant's work, & see no reason why I'd use anyone else. We have built 10-15 projects together with Points North drafting for us & it has always been a great fit. My fingers are still crossed for your reno design submission, I'm confident it will go through for you (there's no honest reason you shouldn't have it renovated). I believe we added substantial value with the new design with a pool & adding the second storey & bedrooms etc. We did not take away from the general look of the surrounding homes, in fact, we made the complex look even better in my opinion. We enlisted Anthony to carry out all technical drawings of our dream home on our acreage block. We met on-site, he gained a very good understanding of our propertys projected structure layout & had some great tips to assist with final decisions. We gave him a rough drawing we had done for our desired 2 story layout, and within a week had a preliminary plan emailed back. Working with our Builder & Points North we have acheived exactly what we were after in a very timely manner. We cannot recommend Anthony enough, excellent communication, suggestions & advice. Very easy to talk ideas over with, & great communication. 2 storey homes are a bit more involved, however we managed to create a fantastic floor plan & layout design incorporating all your wants & needs. We also did very well with entertaining space, very large & lots of room for all the kids to come very soon mate! Great project, great clients! Hired Points North to help me through a major 2 storey design extension at Diddillibah. Liked the way Anthony talked us through the options, relative costs, excavation implications, and took the initiative to propose some really cool designs. Happy. Also arranged surveyor, got a local builder to look at design/materials and give a practical construction view, helped me with next steps and left an open door if I had a small change/s later. Very responsive to come to site - came twice - not just theoretical. Way to go.
