A Brookfield master bath was in desperate need of a makeover. The bathroom was dated with vinyl flooring, a claustrophobic stand-up shower and a tub that wasn’t used. Kowalske Kitchen & Bath designed this bathroom with two main goals – give the couple a spacious walk-in shower and give them a bold, fun design. The design is stunning and on-trend. The highlight of the space is the patterned floor and aqua blue cabinetry. The new vanity spans the entire wall, giving them additional storage space. The glass shower features subway tile walls and hexagon carrara marble floor tile. The room is completed with Kohler fixtures, oil rubbed bronze lighting and hardware, open shelving and antique gold mirrors.

We were invited to participate in the 2019 Miami Designer Showhouse for Miami Life magazine. Our team designed the master suite including the master bedroom, bathroom, and connecting hallway. We gave both spaces a bohemian, natural, and sophisticated feel. The focal point of the master bedroom is the 6ft mirror hung on the wall next to the bed. It is a breathtaking design feature, and it makes the room feel larger. To make sure that the room feels completely bespoke, we worked with a local wood fabricator to make an accent wall out of angled wood pieces that were painted the same color as the surrounding room. This accent wall is right at the entrance to the master suite, so it sets the tone for a unique and gorgeous space. In the bathroom, we created an oasis by wrapping the entire space in tile and accenting it with bronze finishes in the mirrors and light fixtures. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. Compact Bathroom including space saving Neo-Angle Shower with Custom Neo-Angle Shower Pan. Porcelain white subway tile in the shower stall with a Custom Grey Shower pan. Porcelain Grey floor tile to custom match Shower Pan. Grey built in Vanity cabinets and quartz countertop with an Undermount sink. Also, a two-piece toilet surrounded in white walls.

The client had several requirements for this Seattle kids bathroom remodel. They wanted to keep the existing bathtub, toilet and flooring; they wanted to fit two sinks into the space for their two teenage children; they wanted to integrate a niche into the shower area; lastly, they wanted a fun but sophisticated look that incorporated the theme of African wildlife into the design. Ellen Weiss Design accomplished all of these goals, surpassing the client's expectations. The client particularly loved the idea of opening up what had been a large unused (and smelly) built-in medicine cabinet to create an open and accessible space which now provides much-needed additional counter space and which has become a design focal point.

The dual vanity in the master bathroom was designed with white Dura Supreme cabinetry, accented with polished chrome hardware, and topped with a smoked pearl quartz countertop. Modern accents include the two metal framed mirrors, and brushed nickel sconces by Capital Lighting. This bathroom, already decently sized, is made to look even bigger with the uniform, reflective tiling of the wall-to-wall 4″ x 12″ tile in a Pearl finish. It runs behind the vanity and the entire length of the wall into the shower, where it transitions into the same 4” x 12” tile but in an Aqua finish.

This beautiful bathroom remodel by Stoneunlimited Kitchen and Bath has all the bells and whistles that any dream bath should have. Middleton Maple Medallion cabinetry in Frappe finish with soft close doors and dovetail construction are topped off with beautiful Brunello Quartz that have a soft veining pattern and look like marble. The decision to install 2 vanity top towers allowed for more storage solutions and created a vertical component that added balance to the room. Check out the before images of this part of bathroom our website, there used to be a linen closet on this wall. The shower is luxurious with its Delta fixtures, 4 body sprays, hand shower and shower trim at the entrance for easy access to turning on the water. The hex patterned tile above the niche is a nice design element that draws the eye upward and in line with the mirrors installed on the opposite wall. A linear drain with tile insert, allows for drainage without the traditional look of a drain. Serpentino Blanco Porcelain tiles throughout, add an element of texture with it's fluid soft veining pattern. The flooring isn't just beautiful, it's been upgraded. Heated floors throughout will provide warmth to the feet during cold days and our clients can even program the thermostat according to their bathing schedule. Last but not least is the 60" free standing tub. It's tub filler and hand-shower make it the perfect place to soak and relax after a long day.
