This bathroom is decorated in black and white. The black cabinets contrast beautifully with the white walls, ceiling, floor, freestanding bathtub and one-piece toilet, evoking a feeling of relaxation, peace, warmth, and comfort. Despite the small size of the bathroom, it does not look cramped thanks to the right colors, as well as the small amount of the most important pieces of furniture and sanitary engineering. This transformation started with a builder grade bathroom and was expanded into a sauna wet room. With cedar walls and ceiling and a custom cedar bench, the sauna heats the space for a relaxing dry heat experience. The goal of this space was to create a sauna in the secondary bathroom and be as efficient as possible with the space. This bathroom transformed from a standard secondary bathroom to a ergonomic spa without impacting the functionality of the bedroom. This project was super fun, we were working inside of a guest bedroom, to create a functional, yet expansive bathroom. We started with a standard bathroom layout and by building out into the large guest bedroom that was used as an office, we were able to create enough square footage in the bathroom without detracting from the bedroom aesthetics or function. We worked with the client on her specific requests and put all of the materials into a 3D design to visualize the new space. By expanding the room slightly it gave us the needed space to relocate the toilet, the vanity and the entrance to the bathroom allowing for the wet room to have the full length of the new space. This bathroom includes a cedar sauna room that is incorporated inside of the shower, the custom cedar bench follows the curvature of the room's new layout and a window was added to allow the natural sunlight to come in from the bedroom. The aromatic properties of the cedar are delightful whether it's being used with the dry sauna heat and also when the shower is steaming the space. In the shower are matching porcelain, marble-look tiles, with architectural texture on the shower walls contrasting with the warm, smooth cedar boards. Also, by increasing the depth of the toilet wall, we were able to create useful towel storage without detracting from the room significantly. This entire project and client was a joy to work with.

A fresh new look to a small powder bath. Our client wanted her glass dolphin to be highlighted in the room. Changing the plumbing wall was necessary to eliminate the sliding shower door.

Reforma integral de un baño en suite en el que se aposto por ganar en espacio y luminosidad con un revestimiento cerámico en blanco con una ligera línea de imitación a marmol en gris. Para contrastar el suelo se pavimentó con un suelo cerámico en gris de formato cuadrado con una veta en blanco Se simplificó el mueble lavabo diseñando un meuble de un sólo seno integrado, con doble gaveta en madera de roble. El contraste se buscó en la grifería y los complementos, todos en negro de mate. El toque elegante y diferenciador lo ponen el espejo diseñado a medida de esquinas redondeadas y la lámpara colgante en el lateral en latón.

By blocking up the two windows on this wall allowed us to install a long window to light the bath area. The use of marble tiles laid in a herringbone pattern adds an interesting dimension to the vanity area. Pink basins on a slim white Corian bench top ties the vanity area to the pink hexagon feature wall.

For this knock down rebuild in the Canberra suburb of O'Connor the interior design aesethic was modern and sophisticated. A monochrome palette of marble hexagon tiles paired with soft grey tiles and black and gold tap wear have been used in this bathroom.
