Earlier this year we decided to undertake a fairly substantial renovation that would see our house gutted and transported into the 21st century. We chose to put our hopes and dreams in the hands of Antony and Mike from Accord Homes and have not been disappointed. They are easy to work with and trustworthy, which is critical when taking on such a large commitment. We found both lads to be very obliging from the beginning, in making us feel comfortable with the process and providing a flexibility that would see us in our home well before the contract date… thereby saving significant rental costs and avoiding the usual Christmas/New Year closedowns and delays. Their processes around budget control are well managed, leaving us with a high degree of confidence along the way that we would meet our needs without unwanted surprises towards the end. We are very happy with the final product. The boys did an amazing job and were also readily available to help us with the usual teething problems that come with moving into a new place. We happily recommend Accord Homes to others wanting to undertake new or renovated builds.

Michael and Antony are so easy to deal with and work is of a high standard. We had a few "interesting" events occur during our renovation (who doesn't?!) and everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Ant was on site every day, Michael only ever a phone call away. We are thrilled with the results of our renovations. The original home had great bones (solid double brick!) but the previous renos had resulted in a strange floor plan! In consultation with Michael and Ant, we worked together to design and create a relaxed beach home. The renovations have resulted in an easy to care for home, with some special touches! Renovations always come with unique challenges that you can never be prepared for! Ant and Michael were patient with all the changes and thoughtful towards what we were wanting to achieve. They delivered and we were in our home before Christmas.

I met Michael from Accord before officially looking for a builder. I was so impressed that I just had to have him meet with us to discuss our future plans. Accord homes are fantastic. We underwent a full internal renovation of our 5 bedroom house and these guys were great to deal with. Attention to detail was great, price and delivery was even better.
