he Modin Rigid luxury vinyl plank flooring collection is the new standard in resilient flooring. Modin Rigid offers true embossed-in-register texture, creating a surface that is convincing to the eye and to the touch; a low sheen level to ensure a natural look that wears well over time; four-sided enhanced bevels to more accurately emulate the look of real wood floors; wider and longer waterproof planks; an industry-leading wear layer; and a pre-attached underlayment.

Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

This bathroom got a punch of personality with this modern, monochromatic design. Grasscloth wallpaper, new lighting and a stunning vanity brought this space to life. With adjacent neighbors within a fairly dense section of Paradise Valley, Arizona, C.P. Drewett sought to provide a tranquil retreat for a new-to-the-Valley surgeon and his family who were seeking the modernism they loved though had never lived in. With a goal of consuming all possible site lines and views while maintaining autonomy, a portion of the house — including the entry, office, and master bedroom wing — is subterranean. This subterranean nature of the home provides interior grandeur for guests but offers a welcoming and humble approach, fully satisfying the clients requests. While the lot has an east-west orientation, the home was designed to capture mainly north and south light which is more desirable and soothing. The architecture’s interior loftiness is created with overlapping, undulating planes of plaster, glass, and steel. The woven nature of horizontal planes throughout the living spaces provides an uplifting sense, inviting a symphony of light to enter the space. The more voluminous public spaces are comprised of stone-clad massing elements which convert into a desert pavilion embracing the outdoor spaces. Every room opens to exterior spaces providing a dramatic embrace of home to natural environment. Grand Award winner for Best Interior Design of a Custom Home The material palette began with a rich, tonal, large-format Quartzite stone cladding. The stone’s tones gaveforth the rest of the material palette including a champagne-colored metal fascia, a tonal stucco system, and ceilings clad with hemlock, a tight-grained but softer wood that was tonally perfect with the rest of the materials. The interior case goods and wood-wrapped openings further contribute to the tonal harmony of architecture and materials. Grand Award Winner for Best Indoor Outdoor Lifestyle for a Home This award-winning project was recognized at the 2020 Gold Nugget Awards with two Grand Awards, one for Best Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle for a Home, and another for Best Interior Design of a One of a Kind or Custom Home. At the 2020 Design Excellence Awards and Gala presented by ASID AZ North, Ownby Design received five awards for Tonal Harmony. The project was recognized for 1st place – Bathroom; 3rd place – Furniture; 1st place – Kitchen; 1st place – Outdoor Living; and 2nd place – Residence over 6,000 square ft. Congratulations to Claire Ownby, Kalysha Manzo, and the entire Ownby Design team. Tonal Harmony was also featured on the cover of the July/August 2020 issue of Luxe Interiors + Design and received a 14-page editorial feature entitled “A Place in the Sun” within the magazine.

This project was a joy to work on, as we married our firm’s modern design aesthetic with the client’s more traditional and rustic taste. We gave new life to all three bathrooms in her home, making better use of the space in the powder bathroom, optimizing the layout for a brother & sister to share a hall bath, and updating the primary bathroom with a large curbless walk-in shower and luxurious clawfoot tub. Though each bathroom has its own personality, we kept the palette cohesive throughout all three.

Luxury primary bathroom design and remodel in Stoneham, MA. Dark stained cabinetry over a painted finish with a unique ribbed-texture door style, double sinks, quartz countertop, tall linen cabinet with roll-out shelves, free-standing soaking tub, large walk-in shower, seamlessly clad in porcelain stone slabs in a warm Calacatta Oro pattern, gold toned fixtures and hardware, and a water closet with a reeded glass pocket door, and gold metallic vinyl wallpaper, and a storage cabinet above the toilet.

In this coastal master bath, the existing vanity cabinetry was repainted and the existing quartz countertop remained the same. The shower was tiled to the ceiling with 4x16 Catch Ice Glossy white subway tile. Also installed is a Corian shower threshold in Glacier White, 12x12 niche, coordinating Mosaic decorative tile in the 12x12 niche and shower floor. On the main floor is Emser Reminisce Wynd ceramic tile. A Caol floor mounted tub filler with hand shower in brushed nickel, Pulse SeaBreeze II multifunction shower head/hand shower in brushed nickel and a Signature Hardware Boyce 56” Acrylic Freestanding tub.

This long, narrow Primary Bath includes private water closet, dual vanity sinks, sit down vanity, dual shower heads, steam shower with bench, curbless dam, and lighted shower nitch. Counter tops are Bianco Neve Marble. Floor is Paradise leathered Marble, Nich is "Foliage Grande". Cabinetry is Hallmark Custom Cabinetry with "Frosted Bark" finish

Luxurious custom cabinetry and millwork is the centerpiece of this resort-worthy main bathroom ensuite. Bakes & Kropp Fine Cabinetry in the Canterbury door style, featured in elegant walnut in a fossil matte finish, creates a refined and relaxing mood. A double-sink vanity, oversized linen cabinet and a custom vertical unit (complete with clever jewelry storage!) makes this room as practical as it is luxurious! This West Austin couple was halfway through a re-design on their home when their dream house popped up for sale. Without hesitation they bought it and a new project was hatched. While the new house was in better shape, it needed several improvements including a new primary bathroom. Now this contemporary spa-like retreat features a vanity with a floating cabinet with large storage drawers, basket storage and a thick marble countertop, black mirrors and hardware. Accent tile runs from the floor up the shower wall. Set in a herringbone pattern, the tile adds color, texture and is the focal point of the room.

Beautiful blue and white long hall bathroom with double sinks and a shower at the end wall. The light chevron floor tile pattern adds subtle interest and contrasts with the dark blue vanity. The classic white marble countertop is timeless. The accent wall of blue tile at the back wall of the shower add drama to the space. Tile from Wayne Tile in NJ. Square white window in shower brings in natural light that is reflected into the space by simple rectangular mirrors and white walls. Above the mirrors are lights in silver and black.

Beautiful and spacious master bath remodel from a Medford NJ home. This luxurious bathroom features a color scheme with earth tones. The double sink vanity is the oak wood, driftwood color stain from the Bertch brand. It also has a center tower with a glass mullion door. Granite countertops and oil rubbed bronze faucets and hardware also add great character. The large tiled shower also has a unique pebble stone tile floor. The large freestanding tub also contributes to the spa-like feeling of this fabulous bathroom.
