The magical makeover of the bathroom on the Upper East Side of Manhattan The entire tile was demolitioned, the old bathtub was broken, one of the walls was demolitioned by our specialists. A new wall has been built with space inside for a sliding entrance door. Replaced old drywall with a new one on all walls and ceiling. Niches were made in the walls for their functional use. A decorative black stone is installed in the mirror area, which perfectly matches the color of the sanitary ware. New tiles of several types have been laid. The shower area was waterproofed. Also, specialists have updated all the plumbing and electrical equipment. Installed a glass sliding door. We applied all the wishes of the customer and brought in a few of our ideas to get a decent result!

Referred by Barry at The Tile Shop, Landmark Remodeling and PID transformed this comically outdated space into a stunning retreat. We even paid homage to the LOVE tiles by including their grandkids in the tub as art in the space. We had a pretty tight budget and saved money by doing furniture pieces instead of custom cabinetry and doing a fiberglass shower base instead of a tiled shower pan.

This elegant master bath was a tremendous update for this Chicago client of ours! They didn't want the bathroom to be too "current" but instead wanted a look that would last a lifetime. We opted for bright whites and moody grays as the overall color palette, which pairs perfectly with the clean, symmetrical design. A brand new walk-in shower and free-standing tub were installed, complete with luxurious and modern finishes. Storage was also key, as we wanted the client to be able to keep their newly designed bathroom as organized as possible. A shower niche, bathtub shelf, and a custom vanity with tons of storage were the answer! This easy to maintain master bath feel open and refreshing with a strong balance of classic and contemporary design. A two-bed, two-bath condo located in the Historic Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC was reimagined with the clean lined sensibilities and celebration of beautiful materials found in Mid-Century Modern designs. A soothing gray-green color palette sets the backdrop for cherry cabinetry and white oak floors. Specialty lighting, handmade tile, and a slate clad corner fireplace further elevate the space. A new Trex deck with cable railing system connects the home to the outdoors.
