A chorus of concrete, stone and wood strike a harmonious note in this modern master bath. The extra thick cream concrete countertop features an integrated sink which is serviced by brass plumbing mounted onto the tall backsplash. Above the faucet is a bronze light with frosted glass cylinders. Reflected in the expansive mirror is the nearby closet. The vanity is stained a harm honey and floats above the floor allowing for accent lighting to cast an ethereal glow underneath. Ivory walls and ceiling quietly set the stage, allowing the room’s natural elements to sing.

We design and build saunas, infrared saunas, steam rooms, hammams, cryo chambers, salt rooms, snow rooms and many other hyperthermic conditioning modalities.

The master bathroom features custom cabinetry made by hand with drawers that are enclosed around the plumbing. The large shower is made from carrera marble and marlow glossy tile in smoke. The carrera marble flooring features a wide basket weave patern with a smoky gray and black dot. The toilet is also upgraded to a bidet.

Established in 1895 as a warehouse for the spice trade, 481 Washington was built to last. With its 25-inch-thick base and enchanting Beaux Arts facade, this regal structure later housed a thriving Hudson Square printing company. This living room design reflects a tailored “old world” look, respecting the original features of the Spice Warehouse. With its high ceilings, arched windows, original brick wall and iron columns, this space is a testament of ancient time and old world elegance. The master bathroom was designed with tradition in mind and a taste for old elegance. it is fitted with a fabulous walk in glass shower and a deep soaking tub. The pedestal soaking tub and Italian carrera marble metal legs, double custom sinks balance classic style and modern flair. J.THOM designed and supplied all of the products for this high-end bathroom. The only exception being the mirrors which the Owner had purchased previously which really worked with our concept. All of the cabinetry came from Iprina Cabinets which is a line exclusive to J.THOM in Philadelphia. We modified the sizes of the vanity and linen closet to maximize the space and at the same time, fit comfortably within allocated spaces.

Guests of this modern mountain home are treated to high style in the guest bathroom. A large floating vanity, made of honey stained alder, is topped with off-white quartz countertops. The undermount sink is serviced by a gunmetal finished faucet from Watermark Designs. Soft lighting installed below the vanity provides an elegant accent, while creating the perfect night light for visitors. The textured floor tile in soft green is repeated in a smaller size in the shower. The shower’s feature wall in shades of rust and ivory coordinates with the crisp ivory walls and ceiling of this elegant space.
