I had the privilege of working on two extremely complex projects with Dean Pratt. Both experiences are memorable. Dean was professional, thoughtful, serious and always a pleasure to be with. Both projects took well over two years each. They required diligence with great attention to detail. His work ethic was excellent and his ego was never in the way of what was agreed upon to be the best results for the clients, who on one project was me. Dean is a man of fine character with high standards. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an Architect that will be resourceful and is a pleasure to work with.

Dean and I have worked together many times. His abilities, knowledge and expertise in residential architecture are extraordinary. On schedule and on budget every time. His vision and unexpected creativity sets him above the rest. I would trust Dean with any building project ever. A true friend in the industry.

We have worked with Dean on several very high end homes several of which have been published. He is an exceptional architect, capable of professionally coordinating all phases of the building process including engineering and permitting. He is very thorough and general contractors and their subs enjoy working with him because of his competence and team approach. I will give him the highest recommendation to anyone who is considering an architect.
