Our clients had been in their home since the early 1980’s and decided it was time for some updates. We took on the kitchen, two bathrooms and a powder room. This petite master bathroom primarily had storage and space planning challenges. Since the wife uses a larger bath down the hall, this bath is primarily the husband’s domain and was designed with his needs in mind. We started out by converting an existing alcove tub to a new shower since the tub was never used. The custom shower base and decorative tile are now visible through the glass shower door and help to visually elongate the small room. A Kohler tailored vanity provides as much storage as possible in a small space, along with a small wall niche and large medicine cabinet to supplement. “Wood” plank tile, specialty wall covering and the darker vanity and glass accents give the room a more masculine feel as was desired. Floor heating and 1 piece ceramic vanity top add a bit of luxury to this updated modern feeling space. Take a look at the latest home renovation that we had the pleasure of performing for a client in Trinity. This was a full master bathroom remodel, guest bathroom remodel, and a laundry room. The existing bathroom and laundry room were the typical early 2000’s era décor that you would expect in the area. The client came to us with a list of things that they wanted to accomplish in the various spaces. The master bathroom features new cabinetry with custom elements provided by Palm Harbor Cabinets. A free standing bathtub. New frameless glass shower. Custom tile that was provided by Pro Source Port Richey. New lighting and wainscoting finish off the look. In the master bathroom, we took the same steps and updated all of the tile, cabinetry, lighting, and trim as well. The laundry room was finished off with new cabinets, shelving, and custom tile work to give the space a dramatic feel.

This is one of three bathrooms completed in this home. A hall bathroom upstairs, once served as the "Kids' Bath". Polished marble and glass tile gives this space a luxurious, high-end feel, while maintaining a warm and inviting, spa-like atmosphere. Modern, yet marries well with the traditional charm of the home.

The hall bathroom was designed with a new grey/blue furniture style vanity, giving the space a splash of color, and topped with a pure white Porcelain integrated sink. A new tub was installed with a tall but thin-framed sliding glass door—a thoughtful design to accommodate taller family and guests. The shower walls were finished in a Porcelain marble-looking tile to match the vanity and floor tile, a beautiful deep blue that also grounds the space and pulls everything together. All-in-all, Gayler Design Build took a small cramped bathroom and made it feel spacious and airy, even without a window!

In this whole house remodel all the bathrooms were refreshed. The guest and kids bath both received a new tub, tile surround and shower doors. The vanities were upgraded for more storage. Taj Mahal Quartzite was used for the counter tops. The guest bath has an interesting shaded tile with a Moroccan lamp inspired accent tile. This created a sophisticated guest bathroom. The kids bath has clean white x-large subway tiles with a fun penny tile stripe.

A large family bathroom in the loft space of this traditional home. The bathroom was designed to make a statement using monochrome zigzag floor tiles, marble wall tiles and black components alongside a free-standing roll top bath.

This tiny home has utilized space-saving design and put the bathroom vanity in the corner of the bathroom. Natural light in addition to track lighting makes this vanity perfect for getting ready in the morning. Triangle corner shelves give an added space for personal items to keep from cluttering the wood counter. This contemporary, costal Tiny Home features a bathroom with a shower built out over the tongue of the trailer it sits on saving space and creating space in the bathroom. This shower has it's own clear roofing giving the shower a skylight. This allows tons of light to shine in on the beautiful blue tiles that shape this corner shower. Stainless steel planters hold ferns giving the shower an outdoor feel. With sunlight, plants, and a rain shower head above the shower, it is just like an outdoor shower only with more convenience and privacy. The curved glass shower door gives the whole tiny home bathroom a bigger feel while letting light shine through to the rest of the bathroom. The blue tile shower has niches; built-in shower shelves to save space making your shower experience even better. The bathroom door is a pocket door, saving space in both the bathroom and kitchen to the other side. The frosted glass pocket door also allows light to shine through. This Tiny Home has a unique shower structure that points out over the tongue of the tiny house trailer. This provides much more room to the entire bathroom and centers the beautiful shower so that it is what you see looking through the bathroom door. The gorgeous blue tile is hit with natural sunlight from above allowed in to nurture the ferns by way of clear roofing. Yes, there is a skylight in the shower and plants making this shower conveniently located in your bathroom feel like an outdoor shower. It has a large rounded sliding glass door that lets the space feel open and well lit. There is even a frosted sliding pocket door that also lets light pass back and forth. There are built-in shelves to conserve space making the shower, bathroom, and thus the tiny house, feel larger, open and airy.

This Altadena home is the perfect example of modern farmhouse flair. The powder room flaunts an elegant mirror over a strapping vanity; the butcher block in the kitchen lends warmth and texture; the living room is replete with stunning details like the candle style chandelier, the plaid area rug, and the coral accents; and the master bathroom’s floor is a gorgeous floor tile.
