We had our outdated shower transformed into a modern walk-in shower, new custom cabinets installed with a beautiful quartz counter top, a giant framed vanity mirror which makes the bathroom look so much bigger and brighter, and a wood ceramic tile floor including under floor heating. Kerry Taylor also solved a hot water problem we had by installing a recirculating hot water system which allows us to have instant hot water in the shower rather than waiting forever for the water to heat up. Bonnie, the resident designer, did a great job of creating a beautiful, functional bathroom design combining our ideas with her own. The bathtub was replaced with the Asher alcove bathtub by Kohler to compliment the clean lines of the Asher toilet. The shower curtain was eliminated and replaced with a frameless sliding glass door by Vigo. Two colors and materials were used for the tile. We took up to the ceiling. Glass Night Sky 3x12 subway tile was used for the upper portion in a 4x4 herringbone pattern while gloss white 3x6 ceramic subway tile was used for the bottom.

This vanity was bought from a big box store but has some nice lines and the integrated towel holders on the chamfered corners make this piece look more expensive.

A beachy vibe with eclectic style creates a fun, energetic main floor bath. A beautiful, undulating floor tile pattern is suggestive of sand dunes while the open shelving provides that casual beach effect. The iridescent accent tile in the shower suggests a sea shell or beach glass. The whale sink adds a touch of whimsy balanced with the elegance of the 'coral' framed mirror. The hand-blown pendant is just the right element to illuminate this stylish bath.

It was a down to the studs demo for this problematic bathroom so we could implement a more efficient and cohesive design.
