Bearcanvas InteriorsThe Clients brief was to take a tired 90's style bathroom and give it some bizazz. While we have not been able to travel the last couple of years the client wanted this space to remind her or places she had been and cherished.
T. Morgan Construction, Inc.This gorgeous guest bath is unique in design and an absolute showstopper of a bathroom. The wall behind the tub is floor-to-ceiling tile in a herringbone set. The bathroom is primarily set up for relaxing bubble baths, however, the tub is equipped with a handheld showerhead for any guests that would prefer a shower. This space has dimmable lights to accommodate both a candle lit bath and a well lit makeup space.
Homework Design.Build.RemodelThe beautiful emerald tile really makes this remodel pop! For this project, we started with a new deep soaking tub, shower niche, and Latricrete Hydro-Ban waterproofing. The finishes included emerald green subway tile, Kohler Brass fixtures, and a Kohler sliding shower door. We finished up with a few final touches to the mirror, lighting, and towel rods.
Renovations By Bill, Inc.Modern inspired bathroom renovation. The modern black tile is balanced by light gray walls, white shaker style vanities and white quartz countertops. The tile around the built in bathtub flows into the walk in shower that features pebble floor tile and 2 shower niches with pebble tile accent.

The home is pre-civil war and this space was originally a spare bedroom that we converted into a master bathroom.
The flooring was originally heart pine which is so rare we carefully removed it to re-use it in another pat of the home.
Customer wanted a modern bathroom that still had a lot of the charm of the original style of the home. Back in the day a bathroom like this would have been all marble, we chose to go with a marble looking porcelain tile so that the maintenance is minimal. We tiled the entire floor in a herringbone pattern and did a vertical staggered stack on the walls using all 12x24 large format tile.
The vanities are a sleek modern European style with a traditional sit down vanity for the lady of the house. The countertops are Quartz.
We custom made the shower with a wall niche and built in seat with a custom made shower door and half wall panel.
Attention to detail in everything including the brass light fixtures and brass mirrors.
This is a work of art that incorporated modern with a time long gone all the while making it a low maintenance bathroom that never go out of style.

Rylo CoThe compact master ensuite still has a bit of wow factor. The walls are covered in a linen look vinyl wallpaper, the floor is adorned with mother of pearl terrazzo tiles and there is a huge custom shaving cabinet behind the simple custom framed mirror.

ING ConstructionPasadena, CA - Complete Bathroom Addition to an Existing House
For this Master Bathroom Addition to an Existing Home, we first framed out the home extension, and established a water line for Bathroom. Following the framing process, we then installed the drywall, insulation, windows and rough plumbing and rough electrical.
After the room had been established, we then installed all of the tile; shower enclosure, backsplash and flooring.
Upon the finishing of the tile installation, we then installed all of the sliding barn door, all fixtures, vanity, toilet, lighting and all other needed requirements per the Bathroom Addition.
