The owners of this stately Adams Morgan rowhouse wanted to reconfigure rooms on the two upper levels to create a primary suite on the third floor and a better layout for the second floor. Our crews fully gutted and reframed the floors and walls of the front rooms, taking the opportunity of open walls to increase energy-efficiency with spray foam insulation at exposed exterior walls. The original third floor bedroom was open to the hallway and had an outdated, odd-shaped bathroom. We reframed the walls to create a suite with a master bedroom, closet and generous bath with a freestanding tub and shower. Double doors open from the bedroom to the closet, and another set of double doors lead to the bathroom. The classic black and white theme continues in this room. It has dark stained doors and trim, a black vanity with a marble top and honeycomb pattern black and white floor tile. A white soaking tub capped with an oversized chandelier sits under a window set with custom stained glass. The owners selected white subway tile for the vanity backsplash and shower walls. The shower walls and ceiling are tiled and matte black framed glass doors seal the shower so it can be used as a steam room. A pocket door with opaque glass separates the toilet from the main bath. The vanity mirrors were installed first, then our team set the tile around the mirrors. Gold light fixtures and hardware add the perfect polish to this black and white bath.

The first floor hall bath departs from the Craftsman style of the rest of the house for a clean contemporary finish. The steel-framed vanity and shower doors are focal points of the room. The white subway tiles extend from floor to ceiling on all 4 walls, and are highlighted with black grout. The dark bronze fixtures accent the steel and complete the industrial vibe. The transom window in the shower provides ample natural light and ventilation.

Our design studio worked magic on this dated '90s home, turning it into a stylish haven for our delighted clients. Through meticulous design and planning, we executed a refreshing modern transformation, breathing new life into the space. In this bathroom, a neutral palette sets the stage for relaxation and rejuvenation. The shower boasts an accent wall adorned with captivating patterned tiles, while a dark vanity provides a striking contrast. A sunny corner provides a perfect spot for a clawfoot tub. Café curtains provide privacy yet allow plenty of natural light to stream in. A beveled mirror adds to the drama of the black vanity.

Bathroom renovated from scratch. We laid the floor with white tiles, painted the walls and installed lighting. The black massive bathroom vanities with mounted tap and large mirror looks amazing. We also equipped the bathroom with all the necessary accessories such as paper holder, towel holder, sockets and toilet seat.

This was a full gut-renovation of a 1910'S bathroom that we did for a private residence. We kept the solid bones of the 100 year old home and updated the look to a gorgeous and cozy bathroom. We incorporated custom marble tile work and modern features to create a classic colonial bathroom.

Listed building consent to change awkward spare bedroom into a master bathroom including the removal of a suspense celling and raised floor to accommodate a new drainage run.

This was the last major remodel for Rowena and Dennis. We've completed their kitchen, living and two additional bathrooms. Rowena wanted to spare no expense here and get what she wanted. The entire home is somewhat contemporary, a,omg with the architecture, but I wanted to inject a zen, feelimg, I got in this space. We're not done yet, but we're very happy with the results so far
