We were able to provide the bathroom vanity for this condo renovation as well as the kitchen. We used the same Oxford White cabinets as the kitchen, which kept the small bathroom open and bright.

For this master bathroom remodel, we were tasked to blend in some of the existing finishes of the home to make it modern and desert-inspired. We found this one-of-a-kind marble mosaic that would blend all of the warmer tones with the cooler tones and provide a focal point to the space. We filled in the drop-in bath tub and made it a seamless walk-in shower with a linear drain. The brass plumbing fixtures play off of the warm tile selections and the black bath accessories anchor the space. We were able to match their existing travertine flooring and finish it off with a simple, stacked subway tile on the two adjacent shower walls. We smoothed all of the drywall throughout and made simple changes to the vanity like swapping out the cabinet hardware, faucets and light fixture, for a totally custom feel. The walnut cabinet hardware provides another layer of texture to the space.

This Sterling VA home had an outdated master suite bathroom with limited space in the shower. Our team gracefully redesigned the master suite bathroom to include an expanded open shower. A bronze colored freestanding soaking tub was added to replace the previous soaking tub, proving more open space adjacent to the new shower.

I built this on my property for my aging father who has some health issues. Handicap accessibility was a factor in design. His dream has always been to try retire to a cabin in the woods. This is what he got. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a great room. It is 600 sqft of AC space. The footprint is 40' x 26' overall. The site was the former home of our pig pen. I only had to take 1 tree to make this work and I planted 3 in its place. The axis is set from root ball to root ball. The rear center is aligned with mean sunset and is visible across a wetland. The goal was to make the home feel like it was floating in the palms. The geometry had to simple and I didn't want it feeling heavy on the land so I cantilevered the structure beyond exposed foundation walls. My barn is nearby and it features old 1950's "S" corrugated metal panel walls. I used the same panel profile for my siding. I ran it vertical to match the barn, but also to balance the length of the structure and stretch the high point into the canopy, visually. The wood is all Southern Yellow Pine. This material came from clearing at the Babcock Ranch Development site. I ran it through the structure, end to end and horizontally, to create a seamless feel and to stretch the space. It worked. It feels MUCH bigger than it is. I milled the material to specific sizes in specific areas to create precise alignments. Floor starters align with base. Wall tops adjoin ceiling starters to create the illusion of a seamless board. All light fixtures, HVAC supports, cabinets, switches, outlets, are set specifically to wood joints. The front and rear porch wood has three different milling profiles so the hypotenuse on the ceilings, align with the walls, and yield an aligned deck board below. Yes, I over did it. It is spectacular in its detailing. That's the benefit of small spaces. Concrete counters and IKEA cabinets round out the conversation. For those who cannot live tiny, I offer the Tiny-ish House. This contemporary bath design in Dimondale features Diamond Distinctions by MasterBrand Cabinets textured laminate cabinetry in a light wood finish, accented by a Cambria quartz countertop. The large vanity plus a tall cabinet offers ample storage and sets the tone for this sleek, contemporary style. It incorporates two undermount sinks with two-handled Kohler faucets, with matching framed white mirrors and wall sconces above each sink. The large tiled shower includes a Westshore Glass custom shower door that allows light to flow through the room. The Olympia Tile + Stone mosaic tile features inside the shower, with B & F ceramics tile on the outside shower wall and back shower wall, CTI tile on the shower side walls, and MSI Surfaces tile on the floor including a hexagon shaped tile on the shower floor. The shower also includes a recessed, tiled storage niche, built-in shower bench, and a grab bar.

The guest bathroom's cabinetry and countertops match the kitchen, master bath, and powder room (not shown). This was the most cost effective path, because the vanity tops could utilize remnants from the kitchen countertops. Mirrors and accessories were left up to the purchaser.

For the Second Ensuite, the Factory Gris [20x50] ceramic wall tile was used for the shower walls, and the matching [45] Factory Gris for the floor.
