This bathroom was updated with a Waypoint 410S Painted Stone Door vanity with matching medicine cabinet. Quartz on the vanity with 4” back and end splash and includes the shower threshold. 12x24 field tile for the main floor and shower walls and mosaic tile for the shower floor and niche were installed. Moen Voss Collection in Brushed Nickel includes faucet, toilet paper holder, towel ring, towel bar, shower head/faucet and toilet tank lever. A Kohler Wellworth 2 piece toilet in white. Includes a new bypass shower clear ¼” door with Brushed Nickel finish.

123 Remodeling’s design-build team gave this bathroom in Bucktown (Chicago, IL) a facelift by installing new tile, mirrors, light fixtures, and a new countertop. We reused the existing vanity, shower fixtures, faucets, and toilet that were all in good condition. We incorporated a beautiful blue blended tile as an accent wall to pop against the rest of the neutral tiles. Lastly, we added a shower bench and a sliding glass shower door giving this client the coastal bathroom of their dreams.

The mix of natural light, sconce light, and recessed light create a warm and inviting space.

This 70"s bathroom needed a make over! Our client wanted a serene spa like space and we designed it. We started by removing a wall between the small bathroom and the dressing room. We used high end materials for the floor and the shower, alabaster marble tiles for the floor, mosaic marble in the shower, free standing soaking tub and a double vanity in white with Carrara top. All the fixtures have a satin finish requested by our client.

Millimetrika дизайн бюро Архитектор Иван Чирков Дизайнер Елена Чиркова фотограф Вячеслав Ефимов Однокомнатная квартира в центре Екатеринбурга площадью 50 квадратных метров от бюро MILLIMETRIKA. Планировка выстроена таким образом, что в однокомнатной квартире уместились комфортная зона кухни, гостиная и спальня с гардеробом. Пространство квартиры сформировано 2-мя сопрягающимися через стекло кубами. В первом кубе размещена спальня и гардероб. Второй куб в шпоне американского ореха. Одна из его стен образует объем с кухонным оборудованием, другая, обращённая к дивану, служит экраном для телевизора. За стеклом, соединяющим эти кубы, располагается санузел, который инсолируется естественным светом. За счет опуска куба спальни, стеклянной перегородки санузла и атмосферного освещения удалось добиться эффекта единого «неба» над всей квартирой. Отделка пола керамогранитом под каррарский мрамор в холле перетекает в санузел, а затем на кухню. Эти решения создают целостный неделимый облик всех функциональных зон интерьера. Пространство несет в себе образ состояния уральской осенней природы. Скалы, осенний лес, стаи улетающих птиц. Все это запечатлено в деталях и отделочных материалах интерьера квартиры. Строительные работы заняли примерно полгода. Была произведена реконструкция квартиры с полной перепланировкой. Интерьер выдержан в авторской стилистике бюро Миллиметрика. Это отразилось на выборе материалов — все они подобраны в соответствии с образом решением. Сложные оттенки пожухшей листвы, припыленных скал, каррарский мрамор, древесина ореха. Птицы в полете, широко раскинувшие крылья над обеденной и тв зоной вот-вот улетят на юг, это серия светильников Night birds, "ночные птицы" дизайнера Бориса Климека. Композиция на стене напротив острова кухни из светящихся колец выполнена индивидуально по авторскому эскизу.

Sweet little country cottage, this home was built in the 1930's in Dallas, Texas. The master bathroom shown in the before photo was extremely small, unappealing, and did not utilize the best space. With the K. Rue new design, a larger shower was created and a major update to the cabinetry was involved. Trying to eliminate constant distractions and interruptions, white and gray were the key colors in the bathroom to make a fluid statement. The small Carrara marble mosaic used on the floor was carried into the shower floor for a consistent rhythm. For an emphasized country cottage look, these 4x10 gray subway ceramic tiles add a slight rough and handmade look to the walls with an intentionally thick grout line. The cabinetry was purchased as one unit to appear as a furniture piece with built-in lavatories and faucets. Gray walls add a great accent to the almost all-white bathroom for depth and drama. Our client living in Dallas TX was referred to the K. Rue team through another client. We LOVE referrals and would be glad to help your friends or family with their design needs.

This project’s goal was to create modern and functional bathrooms and a kitchen for a family. We added new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances bring some life to kitchen. Countertop space was a priority for this project so we designed the kitchen to maximize countertop space but still have enough space to move around in. For the bathroom it was important to add modern features. In the master bathroom we added a walk in shower with two shower heads and some very stylish floors. Check them out!!

Un appartement des années soixante désuet manquant de charme et de personnalité, avec une cuisine fermée et peu de rangement fonctionnel. Notre solution : Nous avons re-dessiné les espaces en créant une large ouverture de l’entrée vers la pièce à vivre. D’autre part, nous avons décloisonné entre la cuisine et le salon. L’équipe a également conçu un ensemble menuisé sur mesure afin de re-configurer l’entrée et le séjour et de palier le manque de rangements. Côté cuisine, l’architecte a proposé un aménagement linéaire mis en valeur par un sol aux motifs graphiques. Un îlot central permet d’y adosser le canapé, lui-même disposé en face de la télévision. En ce qui concerne le gros-oeuvre, afin d’obtenir ce résultat épuré, il a fallu néanmoins reprendre l’intégralité des sols, l’électricité et la plomberie. De la même manière, nous avons créé des plafonds intégrant une isolation phonique et changé la totalité des huisseries. Côté chambre, l’architecte a pris le parti de créer un dressing reprenant les teintes claires du papier-peint panoramique d’inspiration balinaise, placé en tête-de-lit. Enfin, côté salle de bains, nous amenons une touche résolument contemporaine grâce une grande douche à l’italienne et un carrelage façon marbre de Carrare pour les sols et murs. Le meuble vasque en chêne clair est quant à lui mis en valeur par des carreaux ciment en forme d’écaille. Le style : Un camaïeu de beiges et de verts tendres créent une palette de couleurs que l’on retrouve dans les menuiseries, carrelages, papiers-peints, rideaux et mobiliers. Le résultat ainsi obtenu est à la fois empreint de douceur, de calme et de sérénité… pour le plus grand bonheur de ses propriétaires !
