A revised window layout allowed us to create a separate toilet room and a large wet room, incorporating a 5′ x 5′ shower area with a built-in undermount air tub. The shower has every feature the homeowners wanted, including a large rain head, separate shower head and handheld for specific temperatures and multiple users. In lieu of a free-standing tub, the undermount installation created a clean built-in feel and gave the opportunity for extra features like the air bubble option and two custom niches.

A modern bathroom for a young teenage boy complete with white 3 dimensional wall tiles and blue glass tiles on the back wall and in the bottle niche. The floor is a grey linen textured porcelain tile and the floor is heated. The floating vanity is flat paneled and painted blue with a white linen textured Neolith countertop. A wall mounted faucet is suspended above the sink and an LED lighted mirror is above the faucet.

This modern primary bath is a study in texture and contrast. After remodeling their Kitchen last year, we were honored by a request to remodel this cute and tiny little. guest bathroom. Wood looking tile gave the natural serenity of a spa and dark floor tile finished the look with a mid-century modern / Asian touch.

Two sinks with lighted medicine cabinets above are opposite the shower and makeup area. The maple vanity is 36” high with plenty of storage. The soft gossamer blue walls, maple cabinets, and gray tile floors provide a spa-like, peaceful feel. The paint is Benjamin Moore gossamer blue 2123-40.
