This tiny home has utilized space-saving design and put the bathroom vanity in the corner of the bathroom. Natural light in addition to track lighting makes this vanity perfect for getting ready in the morning. Triangle corner shelves give an added space for personal items to keep from cluttering the wood counter. This contemporary, costal Tiny Home features a bathroom with a shower built out over the tongue of the trailer it sits on saving space and creating space in the bathroom. This shower has it's own clear roofing giving the shower a skylight. This allows tons of light to shine in on the beautiful blue tiles that shape this corner shower. Stainless steel planters hold ferns giving the shower an outdoor feel. With sunlight, plants, and a rain shower head above the shower, it is just like an outdoor shower only with more convenience and privacy. The curved glass shower door gives the whole tiny home bathroom a bigger feel while letting light shine through to the rest of the bathroom. The blue tile shower has niches; built-in shower shelves to save space making your shower experience even better. The bathroom door is a pocket door, saving space in both the bathroom and kitchen to the other side. The frosted glass pocket door also allows light to shine through. This Tiny Home has a unique shower structure that points out over the tongue of the tiny house trailer. This provides much more room to the entire bathroom and centers the beautiful shower so that it is what you see looking through the bathroom door. The gorgeous blue tile is hit with natural sunlight from above allowed in to nurture the ferns by way of clear roofing. Yes, there is a skylight in the shower and plants making this shower conveniently located in your bathroom feel like an outdoor shower. It has a large rounded sliding glass door that lets the space feel open and well lit. There is even a frosted sliding pocket door that also lets light pass back and forth. There are built-in shelves to conserve space making the shower, bathroom, and thus the tiny house, feel larger, open and airy.

This 3/4 bath was at one point just a half bath. We opened up the space and made room for this beautiful standing shower. Installing the shower was an easy addition to this home, adding greater convenience and functionality.

Master bathroom renovation. This bathroom was a major undertaking. Where you see the mirrored doors, it was a single vanity with a sink. It made more sense to have a double vanity on the other side next to the shower but I was missing a medicine cabinet so we decided to add a ROBERN 72" long medicine cabinet in the wall that used to be a small towel closet. The arched entry way was created after moving the wall and removing the door into a dark space where you see the toilet & bidet. The travertine floors are heated (a nice addition at is not expensive to do). Added a 70" free-standing stone tub by Clarke tubs (amazing tub), I love venetian plaster because it's so timeless and very durable. It's not used much these days probably because it's so labor intensive and expensive so I did the plastering myself. We raised up the floor and opted for no shower doors that I've wanted for many, many years after seeing this idea in France. Old World European, Country Cottage. Three separate cottages make up this secluded village over looking a private lake in an old German, English, and French stone villa style. Hand scraped arched trusses, wide width random walnut plank flooring, distressed dark stained raised panel cabinetry, and hand carved moldings make these traditional farmhouse cottage buildings look like they have been here for 100s of years. Newly built of old materials, and old traditional building methods, including arched planked doors, leathered stone counter tops, stone entry, wrought iron straps, and metal beam straps. The Lake House is the first, a Tudor style cottage with a slate roof, 2 bedrooms, view filled living room open to the dining area, all overlooking the lake. The Carriage Home fills in when the kids come home to visit, and holds the garage for the whole idyllic village. This cottage features 2 bedrooms with on suite baths, a large open kitchen, and an warm, comfortable and inviting great room. All overlooking the lake. The third structure is the Wheel House, running a real wonderful old water wheel, and features a private suite upstairs, and a work space downstairs. In the primary bathroom, we reconfigured the shower area to lower the ceiling. The clients still wanted no shower door, but by lowering the ceiling, we were able to keep the steam from escaping as quickly as it did before, thus providing a solution to the cold showers. Both vanities were updated to a floating style, with quartz countertops and new Delta fixtures in Champagne Bronze. Extra storage wasn’t necessary around the vanities because we doubled the size of the bathroom’s linen closet to both fill the space and function with the new shower shape. The two-sided fireplace got a facelift too, with all-new contemporary tile running from floor to ceiling, accentuating the 12’ ceilings. Accent tile in 12×24 Anatolia Mayfair Strada Ash was featured on both the fireplace and the shower walls. To continue the contemporary feel, a new freestanding tub was installed in front of the fireplace with a floor-mounted tub filler. The entire bathroom floor was re-tiled with heat coils running through it, with large format tiles set on a diagonal echoing the diagonal fireplace wall. A candle-style chandelier added even more elegance.

Without changing the master bath footprint, the size of the room felt more spacious by removing the soffit above the existing vanity. The dated cabinets were replaced with custom new cabinets made from walnut with front slab drawers and finished in a deep rich stain. A custom makeup vanity was added to the space and finished in the same beautiful color— complete with a flip-top mirror, electrical outlets, and built-in lighting. Cambria Quartz countertops, modern fixtures, wood-wrapped mirrors, perfectly placed contemporary sconces and a large porcelain tile backsplash complete the look. Last but not least, the spa-inspired shower was designed with tile, Kohler Devonshire & Purist shower fixtures, dual shower niches, and a built-in shower seat. In addition, the old carpet was removed and replaced with Amalfi 12’x24′ stone tile in a ‘Bianco Scala’ color.
