In this whole house remodel all the bathrooms were refreshed. The guest and kids bath both received a new tub, tile surround and shower doors. The vanities were upgraded for more storage. Taj Mahal Quartzite was used for the counter tops. The guest bath has an interesting shaded tile with a Moroccan lamp inspired accent tile. This created a sophisticated guest bathroom. The kids bath has clean white x-large subway tiles with a fun penny tile stripe.

The natural shades in the tile set the stage beautifully for the pop of blue color in the vanity. Gold accents warm up the space, adding warmth. The banjo style countertop extends over the toilet, providing extra counter or storage space in this modest bathroom.

From the beginning you can see the colors inside this space pop. Like Jay says, you can coordinate or contrast when designing a space. Well we definitely coordinated perfectly I would say. Starting with the rich cinnamon stain on the alder wood cabinets that brings the warmth and depth, then moving to the porcelain tile of the shower, that has cool beige tones with hints of grey to match the brushed nickel hardware used throughout. This color palette definitely pleases the senses. The cabinetry utilizes raised panel doors and drawers, donned with brushed nickel hardware. Then we topped them with a stunning Taj Mahal quartzite natural stone. A four inch backsplash and undermount square sinks finish off the look as they sit below two brand new beveled glass mirrors. The shower definitely steals the show. Floor to ceiling 12x24 porcelain tile that perfectly mimics vein cut travertine. Moen Vass shower fixtures matching the faucets on the counter top were used in quite the varying degrees. We offered a rain shower head over head, a hand shower head that is adjustable in height and comes with its own multi-function spray head. A thermostatic valve, with a transfer valve as well. In the shower we also rebuild the shower bench seat utilizing the same Taj Mahal quartzite stone. The glass enclosure was cut perfectly to match the shape and function of the seat. The flooring has a 2x2 porcelain mosaic in the same series as the wall. Two functional grab bars, two niches, and a frameless shower enclosure that closes it all in stunningly. The flooring boasts the same 12x24 porcelain tile as the shower walls, in a matte finish laid in the same pattern and direction as the shower itself.

In this project we remodeled 2 bathrooms completely. We found the bathroom after demolition and poor plumbing and electrical work that was done by another company that left the customer in the middle after they took from her most of the money. We corrected the plumbing and the electrical per code and we did all the work needed to complete the job. We also replaced partial of the roof.

Guest Bathroom - Beautiful Studs-Out-Remodel in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We gutted this house "to the studs," taking it down to its original floor plan. Drywall, insulation, flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors and windows, trim and base, plumbing, the roof, landscape, and ceiling fixtures were stripped away, leaving nothing but beams and unfinished flooring. Essentially, we demolished the home's interior to rebuild it from scratch.

This forever home, perfect for family bonding, and entertaining is a transitional residence that exudes warmth, function and style. This busy family had recently purchased a home that was elegant on the outside, but dated on the inside. Upon a trades referral, they called on Studio Nine to make their dreams a reality. Then ensued a down to the studs renovation, moving walls and reworking existing rooms, resulting in dramatic results. Valerie & Nadia layered the space in warmth and style throughout, creating a balance of functionality & beauty. The result is a well-lived in and stylish home designed for every member of the family, where memories are made daily.

We completely overhauled this bathroom. New cabinets and countertops, heated ceramic tile floor, removed the existing tub/shower unit and installed a new ceramic tile shower with frameless shower door. Copper vessel sinks/faucets and the built in laundry hamper make this jack and jill bathroom a must have for any home!!
