Bathroom renovation included using a closet in the hall to make the room into a bigger space. Since there is a tub in the hall bath, clients opted for a large shower instead.

The upstairs jack and Jill bathroom for two teenage boys was done in black and white palette. Concrete look, hex shaped tiles on the floor add depth and "cool" to the space. The contemporary lights and round metal framed mirror were mounted on a shiplap wall, again adding texture and layers to the space.

Sleek black and white palette with unexpected blue hexagon floor. Bedrosians Cloe wall tile provides a stunning backdrop of interesting variations in hue and tone, complimented by Cal Faucets Tamalpais plumbing fixtures and Hubbardton Forge Vela light fixtures.

This project is a whole home remodel that is being completed in 2 phases. The first phase included this bathroom remodel. The whole home will maintain the Mid Century styling. The cabinets are stained in Alder Wood. The countertop is Ceasarstone in Pure White. The shower features Kohler Purist Fixtures in Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold finish. The flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile. The decorative tile is Wayfair “Illica” ceramic. The lighting is Mid-Century pendent lights. Here is an architecturally built house from the early 1970's which was brought into the new century during this complete home remodel by opening up the main living space with two small additions off the back of the house creating a seamless exterior wall, dropping the floor to one level throughout, exposing the post an beam supports, creating main level on-suite, den/office space, refurbishing the existing powder room, adding a butlers pantry, creating an over sized kitchen with 17' island, refurbishing the existing bedrooms and creating a new master bedroom floor plan with walk in closet, adding an upstairs bonus room off an existing porch, remodeling the existing guest bathroom, and creating an in-law suite out of the existing workshop and garden tool room.

The Kipling house is a new addition to the Montrose neighborhood. Designed for a family of five, it allows for generous open family zones oriented to large glass walls facing the street and courtyard pool. The courtyard also creates a buffer between the master suite and the children's play and bedroom zones. The master suite echoes the first floor connection to the exterior, with large glass walls facing balconies to the courtyard and street. Fixed wood screens provide privacy on the first floor while a large sliding second floor panel allows the street balcony to exchange privacy control with the study. Material changes on the exterior articulate the zones of the house and negotiate structural loads.

C & J just completed another design by LEAP Architecture. Richard and Laurie wanted to bring a much brighter and more modern feel to their Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, and Loft. We completely renovated their second floor, changing the floor plan, adding windows and doors, and installing streamline modern finishes to the space. The Master Bathroom includes a Floating Island Vanity, Fully Custom Shower, Custom Walnut Paneling and Built in Cabinetry in the closets.
