This existing sleeping porch was reworked into a stunning Mid Century bathroom complete with geometric shapes that add interest and texture. Rich woods add warmth to the black and white tiles. Wood tile was installed on the shower walls and pick up on the wood vanity and Asian-inspired custom built armoire.

This project was a complete home design plan for a large new construction luxury home on the south-end of Mercer Island. The contrasting colors utilized throughout emit a chic modern vibe while the complementing darker tones invites a sense of warmth to this modern farmhouse style.

A revised window layout allowed us to create a separate toilet room and a large wet room, incorporating a 5′ x 5′ shower area with a built-in undermount air tub. The shower has every feature the homeowners wanted, including a large rain head, separate shower head and handheld for specific temperatures and multiple users. In lieu of a free-standing tub, the undermount installation created a clean built-in feel and gave the opportunity for extra features like the air bubble option and two custom niches.

This project was a complete gut remodel of the owner's childhood home. They demolished it and rebuilt it as a brand-new two-story home to house both her retired parents in an attached ADU in-law unit, as well as her own family of six. Though there is a fire door separating the ADU from the main house, it is often left open to create a truly multi-generational home. For the design of the home, the owner's one request was to create something timeless, and we aimed to honor that.

Guest Bathroom with a stained furniture shaker flat panel style vanity welcomes any guest. A traditional 2" hex tile floor adds interest of a black/brown color to the room. Black & bronze mixed fixtures coordinate for a warm black look.

A serene ensuite with an inviting ambience to complement a cozy main bedroom This stunning ensuite, nestled within a charming Clayfield Queenslander, runs the length of the main bedroom and, with strategic use of natural light and clever design, feels spacious despite its narrow layout. A sleek double vanity with exquisite timber cabinetry and large, oval, backlit mirrors stands as a focal point, beautifully complemented by brushed copper tapware and accessories, adding an inviting warmth to the room. A luxurious walk-in shower sits adjacent to the vanity with handy shower niche and matching copper fixtures. The thoughtfully designed layout also includes an airy wardrobe space and a discreet yet sophisticated toilet area.

For this bathroom we took a simple footprint and added some excitement. We did this by custom building a vanity with wood texture and stain, used tiles that mimic the sea and shells but installing tile with gradient tones, texture and movement. The floor tile continues into the shower to expand the room footprint visually.
