We obtained a number of quotes for the replacement sashes (3 sashes in a bedroom in an Edwardian house) and Danny was by far the most detailed and honest in his assessment. “Out of the four companies I asked to quote my replacement doors and windows, E&A were the only ones who didn't try to pressure me into making a decision immediately with offers of discounts for that day only and phone calls to 'head office' asking for the really very best extra special super-dooper deal possible. Neither did they try to bamboozle me with nonsense about needing scaffolding and special fire windows because of 'regulations', or spend literally half the time telling me how bad all the other companies were. They came in, went away, came back to me with a price and that was it.
