Rob Swan was timely in getting back to me to arrange a visit to advise on options (I would recommend the 'Slim Sash' solution Swan has) and measure up for a quote. I was pleased that Rob's visit was practical, informative and devoid of any sales tactics. Having made the decision to order with Swan I was pleasantly surprised that they scheduled me in quickly and conveniently. The fitting team were punctual and polite and the installation was completed within the estimated timescales. The windows themselves look great, the rending and general 'making good' by the fitters was more than acceptable.”
