After a personal consultation however, Bart advised us to pursue the kitchen/dining window since it's much larger in scale and located in a more common area. Although the price was higher than anticipated with the voucher, I am pleased with the decision and the result. The production work is well done and we are happy with the personalized service. The only drawback is that Bart had promised to complete our guest room window gratis, however that promise was never fulfilled. We are overall pleased with the service, but disappointed that we were not able to see the other window treatment that was promised.”
