“I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.”

“I purchased a Livingsocial voucher for Rebarts Interiors. Initially we had planned for the window treatments in our guest room. After a personal consultation however, Bart advised us to pursue the kitchen/dining window since it's much larger in scale and located in a more common area. Although the price was higher than anticipated with the voucher, I am pleased with the decision and the result. The production work is well done and we are happy with the personalized service. The only drawback is that Bart had promised to complete our guest room window gratis, however that promise was never fulfilled. We are overall pleased with the service, but disappointed that we were not able to see the other window treatment that was promised.”

“Jolynn of Drapery Works is fabulous, and I'm so glad that I hired her to make my custom drapes-- she is very responsive in email and phone communications, and listened to my needs and my ideas for the drapes I wanted, and had the perfect fabric suggestions. On top of that, she was able to deliver the custom drapes on-time, even in spite of the holiday season. I have a big glass door in my north-facing bedroom, and after 2 freezing winters, I finally accepted that I needed drapes to insulate my room. My wool flannel tailored-pleat drapes with a color-block panel are not only the perfect colors for my room, but are also functionally excellent -- very thick, insulative black-out drapes. I couldn't be happier!”

“I first hired Doreen from Windows and Beyond about 20 years ago when my kids were just babies. She did a wonderful job with our starter home which had very tall windows. Doreen managed to do a combination of drapery panels and Hunter Douglas products that made our home very cozy. She also made the kids room very vibrant. We didn't need to update anything when we sold our home. Doreen's approach really stuck with me because she took the time to think through our needs. I used Doreen again when we moved to our second home. The kids were older then so we did a formal living room but kept the rest of the house contemporary. Again when we sold our house the second time, it showed very well largely due to the window treatments. Of course I used Doreen again for our last move. This time I went with Doreen's recommendation to use motorization. I thought only my husband would appreciate the remote but I love it too. “We worked with Carrie Yoshida on 3 separate projects - 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Each of the projects was completed on time within our budget and handled extremely professionally. We had never done any remodeling and could have easily been overwhelmed. Carrie listened to what we wanted and guided us through the design and material selection making it a smooth and enjoyable process. Her suggestions and recommendations were always on point and took our desires into consideration. I can say that I and my family absolutely love all three rooms, but especially the kitchen.
