“When working on projects, Traditions in Tile in Brier Creek is my first stop. They have a great selection, and Meaghan's knowledge of product and pricing is impressive, as is her responsiveness. She is a valuable team member, and has the respect of many well-known area designers and builders. I once had a problem with tile dye-lots, and she, and Traditions, immediately stepped-up and solved the problem for my client and I. Their quick and kind response just increased our opinion of them. “Stone Select, Elise in particular, spent hours helping me select the perfect granite and then Stone Select held it while my kitchen was readied for installation. The installers came on the day chosen and did a very professional job. After the installation they cleaned up the area and one hardly knew they had been in our house. They answered all our questions fully and we could not be more satisfied. We now have a most beautiful kitchen. Oh and I forgot they did the stone work in our master bath of which we are equally satisfied. Thank you Elise and Stone Select. If ever I needed more stone work I would chose you.”

“Josh is an amazing craftsman and very. very creative. I have worked with Josh on several of our designs and have always been very happy with his work. タイルや石材の貼り方


タイル貼りや石材を貼るのは、一見すると簡単そうに見えるかもしれませんが、きれいにきちんと貼るには熟練の技が必要です。タイル工事を自分で行う場合は、コテをはじめとする専用の工具・道具を使用した方が、総じてきれいな仕上がりにつながります。タイル切断の専用道具もあると便利です。

一般的な内装タイルの貼り方は、まず接着剤を塗り広げ、その上にタイルを乗せて圧着していき、最後に目地を塗りこんで完成です。外装タイルの場合は、下地の作成後に基準となるタイルを貼り、モルタル塗布後に実際にタイルを貼ったら、目地を詰めて完成です。
