“Roberto Usubillaga, President of C4 Orion Construction, is a very knowledgeable, experienced contractor who more than fulfilled his contract with us. We reside on the west coast, but have a condo in Miami which was in dire need of a remodel, With the pandemic, travel was restricted, so we did the entire remodel via telephone and video apps. We relied on our contractor to do all the leg work from obtaining permits, shopping, purchasing, delivery of materials -- everything necessary for the remodel.
