“I scheduled my inspection prior to closing on our home. The staff was professional and easy to work with. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and at a time that suited me. Upon arrival, the inspector was clear and informative, very thorough, even giving us tips and hints for maintenance and energy saving and easy ways to increase our property value. He was able to alert us to some simple items that needed repair.
We were provided a detailed report with the condition of all major systems inside our home as well as the interior review and items that may need repair or replacement, approximate age and where we can make minor improvements. It was a great education on our home and I'm happy with the professionalism and clarity of the inspection and the pleasant staff.”

“Quality workmanship, very professional. I hired James / greenedge through my contractor for a renovation that we are currently doing. We had a bit of a unique situation, with an unexcavated crawl space under our family room addition. James assessed e situation, and determined the correct - and economical - solution. He later came back to spray all of the exterior walls that had been exposed during the Reno.
An important note- it isn't often that the guy who does the quote is the guy doing the dirty work. James has a hands on approach, very customer service driven. Making sure that the customer is satisfied is priority #1.
I will have Greenedge back for future projects.
Note the project cost is the cost of the entire Reno, not the cost of insulation!!”
